My copy of the game was shipped back in January, but it never left the Netherlands, and without any sort of notification was delayed and then returned to sender. Looking to find out what kind of hoops need to be jumped through to get my package.

So same issue as other people. UPS charging me an import fee, paid it online in advance and for some reason the stupid dutch carrier deleted my apartment number so they have claimed to have failed to deliver it twice now and they will not allow me to pick it up at the UPS store. Hoping to speak to UPS customer service to remedy this but it is really sad how much of a disaster this is compared to previous campaigns from MCDM. I got my Flee Mortals without issue.

Inspired by the previous poster speaking about their experience I thought I would do the same. Im located north, in Nebraska As of 3/3/26 the package was to be delivered. As MCDM warned, UPS had no notification sent to me to let me know it was coming so I had not had the chance to pay fees. When they dropped by, I offered to pay there unsure if it was an option. They only accept Money orders at the door and it was going to be 30$. I didn't have a money order so they listed it as a failure to deliver and stated they would try the next day. They did leave me one of those "Sorry we missed you" stickers which gave me a tracking number I could use to pay the fee and ensure delivery. It was cheaper online (the charge a 12$ convenience fee if you pay with the driver) and i got it 3/4/26 without issue. Only other thing that came to mind is it oddly would not allow me to change delivery options (such as a UPS store). Good luck to others and their shipping!

Came in from the Netherlands with a tariff fee that I had to pay to UPS of about $30. In great shape and looks nice. Just thought I'd post in case anyone was wondering when they are getting out there. Mine was an "Ajax round 2". I'm in Kansas, USA.

Hello MCDM team, Two weeks ago, I received a shipping notification for the Ajax Edition, shipping to Canada from the Netherlands. Shortly after the package was picked up by UPS, I received a notification for import duties, which I paid. For reasons that are still unclear to me (UPS stated they needed "clearance information", despite the import fees having been paid), the package was returned to the sender in the Netherlands and received by them on February 12. To this date, I have not received a new shipping notification. I emailed Geoff & Jeffry at [email protected], but my emails are likely ending up in the junk folder (I" wrote to them before regarding previous orders and they're usually very quick to reply). Any follow-up would be appreciated. Thanks!
