We are coming to the end of the Where Evil Lives campaign with just about 24 hours remaining. In the next few weeks we will be locking in address information then charging for shipping, handling, and and applicable taxes. We expect to have a complete PDF version in September that we will send out via email. The Hardcover should print and ship before the end of the year.
