Just wanted to pop a note to let you know that here in Canada the Canada Postal Service is on strike and likely will be until the new year. When we signed up you said you would use USPS and that was great then, but HEADS UP, they will not take anything heading to Canada until the strike is over and I don't want my items to get lost in the fray, so I wanted to reach out. I don't have another address to give, but am open to changing the shipper even though that will really suck for me with fees. I bought Spectral Beezlebear from your other campaign and I see he is coming via DHL, so if the others can come with them too then I guess that's better than nothing. Happy Holidays!

Aaaaaand they just announced today that they are being forced back to work Monday Dec 16th so I must be magic in the sense that I always freak out right before something is resolved. 🤦🏻♀️😆😵 No Nevermind!!!

One of the other plushie KS I backed was held in customs because they were weighted. The weight vs contents made them a little suspicious to customs. The only weighted plush in this series is Rotwell, so hopefully nothing is held up in customs. I'm itching with anticipation waiting to hold my Snughouls, and having a more accurate date timeline is making it better and worse at the same time! I know they are on the way and I know they will get here when they get here, but I just wanna jump into my pile of plushies like jumping into a pile of leaves. Thanks for keeping us updated all through this. It's been a long road and totally worth the wait given the quality control and quality check these fuzzy friends have gone through. I keep repeating "They will be home for Solstice Holiday! They will be home for Solstice Holiday! They will be home for Solstice Holiday!" to manifest a delivery around then, or at least before the new year. Being stateside by the 6th, and lets say customs hold for a week (to be optimistic and realistic) and 2ish weeks for processing, they'd be arriving around Christmas or by that limbo week between Christmas and New Year's. One hopes, anyways. Holiday shipping baloney can be a little nutso, so I expect some level of delay/shenanigans there. I'd expect by Mid-January most/all orders will be fulfilled. But that's *my* realistic estimation. Agains, thanks! I'm just so excited!
