I would've still received it if it was sent to my old address.

I have the Post Office holding my mail for another month. I haven't yet received my physical copy of The Dreamgod's Idol.

I never received my rewards for The Dreamgod's Idol. I assumed that it was one of the few rewards I'm still waiting on from other creators, but it isn't. I just now realized this when I was looking through all of the projects I'm still awaiting pledge rewards for, when I noticed that this project was fulfilled months ago. This is news to me! I had no idea. I never received an email for a download, nor does Backerkit give me the option to download my PDF, as it does with every other project I've backed. I also haven't received the physical copy reward that I pledged for. The sooner this can be rectified, the better I'll feel about it. Thank you..

This is the 2nd time I've had to reach out to you guys about my physical copy of the Dreamgod's Idol. I've already paid shipping and everything. Maybe my address is wrong? or are the physical rewards being distributed via DTRPG? In either case, I haven't received my physical copy.

The title says it all. I'm just now realizing that this is where I'm supposed to type what happened. I'm not writing all of that again. Can I please have my Pledge Rewards? I'm sure it was some form of clerical error, but still in all. Not angry. I just want the things I paid for. Thanks

Rewards have all been fulfilled. Please check your email for your PDF reward codes. Emails will come from DriveThruRPG. Physical copies to USA-based backers have all been sent via USPS Media Mail. Backers outside the USA who ordered print copies received print-on-demand codes for fulfillment via DriveThruRPG.
