Rewards have all been fulfilled. Please check your email for your PDF reward codes. Emails will come from DriveThruRPG. Physical copies to USA-based backers have all been sent via USPS Media Mail. Backers outside the USA who ordered print copies received print-on-demand codes for fulfillment via DriveThruRPG.

Project Update: Dreamgod's Idol PDFs sent out, print books ordered
Dreamgod's Idol PDFs went out to all the PDF backers (which is everyone).
I ordered 100 print books earlier today, hoping for delivery ASAP. My goal is to get rewards to backers before Christmas/holiday week, so you can put glorious chaos in your stocking, or whatever you're doing at the end of December.
In the future, I'll probably do print on demand, self-fulfillment has proven a bugbear I'm unprepared to tackle.
