The pins are set to arrive later this week. So I'll be starting the grading process when they arrive, and plan to get them ready to send out asap.

Charges for cards were sent out, if any charges came later than expected it was likely because the card was declined when it was first charged. And for the next couple of weeks I plan to re-try declined cards every Monday. 

We are looking clear for fulfillment this month as long as everything looks good on our end. I received the stickers earlier last week, but haven't had a time to photograph them.

Hi everyone!

After a bit of delays because of the tariffs and the manufacturer focusing on that situation. We finally have pictures of the finished pins, and they are on route to be shipped to me as of today.

So here's a few images of the pins they sent me before they shipped them out ASAP. 

So fulfillment will start a bit later than anticipated. But I am hoping that the pins arrive before the tariffs, which are currently lower than before during the last update, stay at around that same rate. As I am eating the cost of the tariffs for this project to avoid passing it on to backers.

I am waiting on the stickers still, there seems to be a delay on the brushed gold.
But this is a test print they sent me a photo of for the "One in a Krillion" sticker.

And we're nearly there with finishing the project and getting all your rewards out.

Hi everyone,

While production goes on there aren't too many updates. So apologies for a bit of silence.

I expect to receive image updates of the pins soon from the manufacturer.

For the stickers, I'll be adding some special effects to some of the stickers. I am going back and forth with the company to get the effects and printing colors right, the process is going well and the stickers should be done by the time the pins ship to me.

And example of the process is like the "let him cook" sticker. You'll notice the very cool raised area effect on the letters and shrimpy!

But you'll also notice the frying pan seems to be missing. So I'll be adjusting some of the colors for the print. 

As for tariffs. It was something unexpected to have additional fees be added in recent news. I will eating the cost of this for the project, since it is not something that I feel should have to be passed along to backers in this instance, since the project concluded before the tariffs were announced and put into place. 

This leaves a level of uncertainty for future projects, which I was excited to dive back into art with this year. But I know I'm not alone in this struggle. Do support other small business in this time if you are able to do so.

I am looking forward to seeing the pins and how they come out. I love making art and sharing my ideas with everyone. So even if I do have to take a bit of hit to my own personal budget, I'm still glad that I'll be able to bring these pins to life with your help.

Hi everyone! 

Because of when the surveys went out, I gave it a couple extra days to confirm counts. 

A reminder to any stragglers in submitting their surveys that after this point, all designs you select will be fulfilled based on remaining supplies. (This applies to any surveys submitted after 04/01/2025.)

Now that the counts have been confirmed, we can start the production process. Proofs with the manufacturer have been confirmed and were waiting on final counts. 

I'll continue to keep everyone updated, and we are still on schedule for May fulfillment. If anything changes I will let you all know ASAP!

I'll try to update with production photos if they give me any.

Surveys are on their way out as of early this morning. 

Since it took a bit longer to troubleshoot than anticipated, I will be extending my deadline for when surveys will be decided -- by "decided" I mean a soft close, where final counts for designs will be tallied as to not push back production too far back.

So the cut off date for priority selection on designs / submitting for final counts is on March 28th. If your survey is answered after this date, and there is the event that there is not enough A grade/standard grade pins to fulfill your survey choices, you may receive an B+ grade pin or lower grade. I haven't run into this issue before in a campaign, but there is a lot of variation in the manufacturing process.
