A big thank you to everyone who has completed their survey so far! I am so excited to see pin designs unlocked! Thank you for pledging for those items.

Surveys are due tomorrow. Orders will be locked and cards charged.

Addresses will not be locked until we begin shipping.

Friendly reminder:

Timely completion of the survey is crucial. Please make sure to submit before the deadline.

Survey answers are necessary for my order placement. I cannot order for what I don’t have counts for.

To combat the stress of monitoring unanswered surveys months after they are due, I use the following policy:

If you do not complete your survey within 3 months of the deadline your pledge will be assumed as a donation, your order will be cancelled, and rewards will be forfeited.

Hello everyone,

I am so sorry! One of the incentive items was appearing as doubled up in backers orders so I deleted it. When I did that a ton of surveys were not longer completed. I am not sure if it reset them completely or if they just need to be submitted again. 

Please accept my apologies for the error and the inconvenience. If you have already submitted your survey please revisit it to make sure it’s still complete. About 80 people need to resubmit.

Good afternoon everyone!

I have finished setting up the surveys and sent out the smoke tests. Please check your email to see if you are one of the lucky few to help determine if there are any survey issues.

Surveys will be sent out within the next 2 days. They will be due July 15th, cards will be charged, and orders locked. You will receive an email for your survey.

If you do not see an email for some reason you can find it in BackerKit by clicking on your account icon and then “your pledges & surveys”.

If you have an issue with your survey or a question please comment on this update.

We still have failed pledges that need to be addressed. If your payment failed, please update it in BackerKit.

Yay!!! We did it! Thank you for an amazing campaign!

So, what’s next? BackerKit is processing payments. Right now there are A LOT of Failed Payments. Please check your pledge, if it says declined, errored, etc please update your payment info.

Once o have received the funds from the campaign I will send out the survey. Surveys are due 7/15. You will make your pin selections through the survey. This is where shipping charges will be processed.

You will also have an opportunity to add to your pledge if you choose. I will have some limited quantities of Flutter & Flora Pins available.

And, I will add any unlocked designs. If we get enough backers they will be unlocked and ordered. If we don’t get enough backers to unlock those items you will not be charged or will be refunded for those items.
