Project Update: Failed Payments - Please Read✨
It looks like BackerKit is done with the initial charging for collecting pledges.
We currently have $1,500 in failed pledges, which is a large chunk of our funding, and enough to make us lose the Bear & Pig Pin achievement if not corrected.
Please check your pledge to ensure that your payment has been processed. Twenty-five of you have errored pledges. This could be due to a number of things, like if you pledged for a lot of projects, incorrect card info, insufficient funds, etc. So even if you do have the funds please double check anyways to be safe.
Please correct failed pledges as soon as possible. Most remaining fails do not end up being paid during surveys. 😞

We did it! Thank you so much for your support in bringing Celestial Snuggles to life!
So what’s next?
BackerKit is currently charging for pledges. Some people who have pledged many projects may get more payment denials than others. Anyone can be subject to a failed payment, please do not assume that your pledge has cleared. Check on your pledges and watch for email notifications for payment processing errors please.
We currently have 19 failed payments with some pledges not yet charged as BackerKit is still processing them.
About 2 weeks from now, I will send out a survey through BackerKit’s Pledge Manager. This is where you will choose your pin designs and other selections. This is also where shipping with be collected.

This timeline is heavily padded to account for any possible delays. Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
Backers will be kept in the loop throughout the manufacturing process.
I will send another email prior to surveys being sent out.
