I run Midnight Springs and have for the last 11 years. Everything I design and sell is "original content," so I don't have any fanart in my inventory (no chance of getting a grab bag and receiving a random fandom you don't like)! This campaign is kind of a re-run of my Holiday Market campaign last year, but with several more options available and a longer processing time.

This is my last year running my business as it is currently, so I'm really practically giving stock away for free in the big grab bags/boxes to clear up space in my house! 

A gacha machine (also called "gashapon" or "gachapon") is the Japanese name for machines you spin a lever on in order to receive a "random prize" capsule!
 

This has been the most popular format for my pin designs in the last 5 years, I've fully sold out of 3 gacha collections aside from some random seconds pins (which you may get if you purchase a "mixed seconds pins" grab bag!) and am 50-75% sold out of standard grades each of the fish, paws, and moths!

Since I'm discontinuing all designs in all mediums of things that are unrelated to my game dev studio, I'm running quite low on most of my "normal" sized pins as well, and will not be restocking any except for a select few. Like the last ready-to-ship campaign, this includes a bunch of grab bags available for the full-sized pins, too- and while they don't include the possibility of any of the gacha-inclusive designs, standard grade "incorrect" color versions of the Gorgon, Angel, Baphomet, and Elfling and Mermaid pins may be included!

There are also a ton of grab bag options available!

Overall, this campaign is a great opportunity to get heavily-discounted artwork from me in multiple mediums, as long as you don't mind the element of surprise!

Unfortunately my baseline health has continued to get worse since the last ready-to-ship campaign I ran, so these are my best guesses at processing time:

<30 orders: 2-4 weeks*
30-50 orders: 4-6 weeks
50+ orders: 6+ weeks

*Given the cross-collab freebie being a brand new pin, if production is taking a while it will still be closer to 4+ weeks even if under 30 backers.

This timeframe begins at receipt of payment, and I'll start packing things before the survey is sent out in order to speed things up. I won't seal anything yet in case backers decide to add things via surveys, and nothing will be actually shipped out until the shipping cost is paid.

I will do my absolute best to get the survey out within 2 weeks of this campaign ending!

Shipping cost has increased dramatically along with fuel cost. Shipping charges, which are to be paid via survey post-campaign, are unfortunately going to be much higher than you're used to from me unless things begin to equalize before fulfillment (doubtful).

This is with me keeping margins down as much as possible: factoring in the fees but not even the packaging costs.

*Please keep in mind I do not ship to the EU and those included countries are not available to pledge from in the listing tiers for that reason. Anything under £135 to the UK cannot be fulfilled because of VAT complications, and that total excludes shipping and freebie cost.

My shop will properly reopen with listings where you can actually choose exactly what you want....when I am physically able to do so. I'm sorry it's been put off so long!

I will be at Matsuricon with HoloCat this September, unless we really do get hit with an Ebola pandemic (ugh). After that is when it will be most feasible to reopen and hopefully destash the rest of what I can.

I also am still chipping away at my relaunch campaign for Apocalyptic Dream. The PV for the game is nearly finished (just working with the animator!), and I'm still actively looking for a programmer who works in C#, and doesn't use AI, that can help me with publishing the new demo and then subsequently publishing the chapters episodically. I've also been scriptwriting as fast as I can, and have made some real progress! 

While I hate that a 2nd crowdfund is required to fully fund my game project, I'm confident that once it's published I will have a much smoother experience publishing further projects. Wanting to focus on game dev is why I am closing my "everything random I wanted to make" shop to begin with, to just focus on merch directly related to my games.
