I'm happy to let you know that all pins have been finished and are ready to ship to the US soon (I'm just waiting on a final personal pin).

Shipping:
Shipping to the US is fast and my fulfillment center, White Squirrel, does a great job and ships out packages quickly so I hope you'll have your pins soon. If you live outside the US, it will take me an extra 1-2 weeks to send the packages out as I wait for them to get to me in Mexico first.
I had mentioned in my previous update that final shipping and extra add-ons will be charged, but I decided to wait a little closer to the possible shipping date. It should be going through shortly. Thank you for waiting.

Thank you again for supporting this campaign. I have another campaign starting shortly for Pintopia 2026. It's called Make a Scene and will be coming out the 22nd. I've been waiting to make this project forever(!!) and I'm finally making it a reality. I hope you enjoy the unique idea of creating infinite scenes from a large background scene pin and mini pins. The set will include 2 mini pins but you can use any mini pins you own as well (including the ones you may have purchased from Pin Pals Go to Work). I'm supposed to be getting samples of the pins any day (please customs, be gentle) so I'm excited to show photos and videos of how you can use all mini pins. I played a lot with ones I owned and a print out of the scene pin and so many look cute!
After the initial Forest Set is unlocked, there will be other scenes like Hot Pot, Magical Dark Forest, Fancy Tea Party and Library.

For those that celebrated Thanksgiving, I hope you got to hang out with friends and family but especially EAT A LOT! December is right around the corner. I'm not sure why it's my favorite month, but I already set up my plastic tree and lights. Maybe it's also an excuse to wear all my red sweaters without looking strange! :)
You'll be receiving an email soon to collect shipping as well as any new items you added when checking out. When you receive the email, you'll have 3 days to make any changes to your credit card or shipping address. Please look out for it so I can make sure all your items get to you safely.
Speaking of the pins, most have been made and I wanted to share some sample photos I received so that I was able to check the design and colors. Please take note that these are sample photos with horrible lighting and they do not have the screen prints on yet! They just need to be sanded nice and smooth (that also removes how the metal looks silver in some spots) and finally screen printed the rest of the design on top.
I'm expecting to receive the finished pins at the end of December as planned. All US orders will be sent by White Squirrel, a fulfillment company based in the US. I'll be sending out all non-US orders from my home in Mexico so you can enjoy the cheaper shipment prices. If you ordered from all 3 of our Cozy Town Critters campaigns, the collab sticker sheet may be coming from a different order, but you will receive it!

What if I missed filling out the survey?
Make sure to get in touch with me so I can fulfill your order! However, please note that some designs may be unavailable as the quantity of pins I'm ordering has already been locked in.
What if I move and need to change my address?
No worries! You can still change your shipping address before the shipping process begins. I'll send an update before we start as a reminder for everyone.
Any other updates?
Yes!The most important news is that I've submitted the main pin designs to my manufacturer last week so that the process begins ASAP! I'm already going back and forth with the company to make sure all pins are made correctly.
Also the backing card image is finished and ready for the ~1.5" pins to take their places (medium and mini pins will come in separate little bags). I hope you enjoy the preview. I find them looking rather cozy.
I'll send any future updates as soon as they become available. Maybe even some quick pin photo samples \o/

Surveys
"Smoke Test" surveys have been sent out and completed. Thank you! These were surveys sent to a random 5% of backers to make sure there weren't any issues that needed troubleshooting before all surveys got sent out. Everything worked smoothly so I'm about to hit that 'send' button!
You will have till October 26th (2 weeks) to complete the survey. This is when you'll make all your pin choices and pay for shipping.
Double check that all the Add-Ons during the campaign are included in the survey. If you want to purchase extra pins, you will get the chance to do so as well!
Pre-Order Shop
Did you forget to make a pledge before the campaign ended? No problem! The Pre-Order shop is open until Friday, October 24th. Find it here.
Failed Payments
Sadly a few payments did not go through. If you have not received any emails confirming your campaign purchase, please double check that your payment source is up to date and available.
What am I currently doing?
Right now I'm getting all pin files ready to send to my manufacturer. My hope is to try to get things rolling as soon as I can so your cute pins arrive in no time!

I woke up this morning to find we have unlocked ALL Goals. I can't believe it!!!! I really appreciate all of you who have supported me this entire journey.
The last goal unlocked two 1" medium-sized pins: the Capybara Turnip Bag and what I like to call the “Oopsies, I’ve Made a Mistake” Mouse Potion. The Mouse comes with a fun extra—transparent enamel where the glasses and potion pop out! You can grab them individually, at a discount as a set in Pledge Levels, or as an Add-On. If you’ve been waiting for these to unlock, be sure to snag them before the campaign ends!
So in total you'll have 12 designs to choose from:
Seven 1.5" pins
Two 1" pins
Three mini pins
(Reminder that all 1.5" and 1" pins will come on backing cards. I'll share the design soon! The mini pins will come individually wrapped in a bag)
If you have backed the project:
Please make sure you've selected the correct number of pins! I want to make sure everyone is happy with what they've chosen. Now is the time to add any pins or adjust pledges.
You will choose your designs later when you receive the BackerKit survey in 2-3 weeks.
If you haven't backed the project:
Pin prices may go up after the campaign ends, including extras that make it to my shop or conventions.
The bundle deals available now (that save you money on multiples) won’t be offered later.
Some designs may also have only a very limited quantity left once the campaign is over so I can't guarantee they will be available.
How does BackerKit work and what about these surveys:
Once the campaign ends you will be charged for your Pledge Level and any Add-Ons.
The payments take around 2 weeks to process then I will be able to send out the surveys.
You'll have another 2 weeks to make your selection of all pins available before I place the order with my manufacturer.
If you don't answer the survey by the time I place the order, you will have to choose from the pins that are leftover so please be sure to answer as soon as you can!
