It has been a little over 2 weeks since I gave my last update!!

Timeline: (based on prior update)

We are still on track with the updated timeline and everything is moving forward pretty smoothly! There was a bit of a snag in the preparation of the production, but no new issues so far. Honestly, I'm hoping to receive the products earlier than October, but I'm going to keep the current timeline just in case anything unexpected pops up.

Just a quick reminder,  I will be charging everyone's payment card at the end of June 30! It is only a week away, so please make sure you're able to plan everything accordingly!

Another update should be coming in about two weeks! Because that's when I poke my manus for updates... I try not to do bother them too often because they're busy with other orders.

Hello everyone!!

Thankfully I'm feeling a lot better and was able to get some sketches done for everyone to vote on!!
Because of how much we're ahead of the project, I'll be automatically unlocking 2 collections as well as putting up a third as a stretch goal!
Please use the google form link to vote for your top 3 favourite designs. There is the potential for more to be unlocked, but I won't be able to have any sketches done until after the backerkit project.

EU and UK shipping... So, I've had a few people reach out that they would like EU and UK shipping. I am very flattered that people from across the ocean are interested in my creations, however, I won't be offering direct shipping to the EU or UK. I've spoken to some of the other creators, and the only potential option (with some risk) is using a forwarding company. I have not used any of these companies personally, but some of the following companies popped up

If you are not interested in using a forwarding company (completely understandable), I will be posting these on Etsy for the retail price after the campaign is over and fulfilled. I will be honest, I have a pretty bad record of not posting on Etsy because of lack of time. For my UK and EU friends, whenever I do post it on Etsy, please send me a message, so I can provide you a discount code to receive the Backerkit special price with the freebie pin as well. Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a lovely weekend.

I do apologise for not charging the cards when I said I would. The updated date for me to charge the pledges for shipping and any additional add-ons will be July 18, 2025. I don't have a set time because my schedule has been a little hectic as of recent.

Progress updates!

So the pins are making steady progress! I'm hoping that they'll be done and shipped out to me by the end of July!

Sadly I haven't received as many pictures of the ita bags, but that honestly makes sense since it is also a labor intensive item, but everything has been moving forward. I've been told that the bags will be ready by the the end of July as well, but there is a possibility that it might take till mid-August. For shipping, these bags should take about 1 month to arrive because of sea shipping.

Overall, things are moving forward still, and I do follow-up with my manufacturers to ask if there are any issues or new pictures for me to show off!

I should have another update with the progress on everything by the end of July to beginning of August. Honestly, part of me was hoping to get them in mid-August, so I can provide people the option to pick up at San Japan. Until they arrive, I won't be promising anything.

Hello everyone!

Hope you are all doing well :)
I've been busy working with my manufacturers to organize all the orders for pins, bags, and freebie stickers.

Timeline: (based on prior update)

As of now, everything is currently in production, and in August, I'll be ordering the freebie stickers! Those are honestly the least of my worries because stickers have about 1-2 weeks turn around period.

 To give everyone sufficient time to plan things out financially, I will be charging everyone's payment card at the end of June 30!

Sad news...
So, I took a look at the numbers, the following items have not reached sufficient backing goals:

The beeta bag technically has not met the required numbers, but because of prior response (mainly me not posting on my etsy... Sorry...), I decided to fund it from my personal income. As much as I would love to be able to do the same for the items above, it is sadly too much for me to afford out-of-pocket...

If you have backed for these items, I will be removing them from your order prior to charging everyone's payment card. If you pledged for the Cerberus Collection Set, it will be modified to just the funded items. Thank you for your understanding...

3D Model of the freebie pin! The finish with be antique gold. I decided on a 3D metal pin to make it look a little more like a badge.

Mold of the frog large pin! The bottom design isn't mine (At least I don't believe so???)

Updated size of the zipper pulls, so they match a little more together as a set.

Updated sample of the dragon ita bag! I noticed that there was white at the tail, so it has now been removed which gives it a cleaner look.

Hello everyone!

I started the orders for the ita bags and enamel pins. For those concerned about the Cerberus ita bag and the Axolotl collection, I'll still be running it for another week or two. It is mainly to give it an opportunity to be up on my instagram (where I'm the most active)...

I have some pictures of the bag fronts and zipper pulls, and they're looking pretty good!! Changes were already requested from my manu because I'm honestly kinda picky like that >>;;;

I'm honestly pretty dang excited to see them come to life!!

For the pins, I've reached out to my manu to get a quote (which I just got)... I'm not going to lie, looking at the invoices hurts my wallet a little bit, but thanks to all of you, I am able to bring these products to life!! Hopefully the tariffs stay at a relatively friendly level or lower when I receive them ;;
