I’m missing my spatula and soap

My package arrived a couple weeks ago, and I opened it and saw the toothbrushes and since the brushes inside and was very happy. Now that I’ve checked my pledge, I realize I’m missing the brush soap and the spatula can you help?

Not received yet

I have not received my order yet. Following the tracking information it left LOS ANGELES CA DISTRIBUTION CEN 22/07/2025 did a tour through the following states NV, UT,NV,AZ then back to and out of LA several times. Then last listed on the 28th Jul in transit to next facility arriving late. I the find that on the 5th Aug it was delivered back to original sender. Can someone please explain what,s going on. Rounded points…

This is not a great product… i would not reccomend Unless you need baselayer brushes. I Got two sets. All of the are rounded in the tips… ungortunately
