Everything sent out!
Thanks everyone for being patient with me. I hope you like the new brushes.

It's been a HOT summer packing a thousand boxes and hours at the post office working with the clerks to ship out military addresses. But everything should be on its way if it hasn't already arrived.

More going out!
I'm sorry it's taking a while. I know it can get frustrating seeing other people receive their brushes while you're still waiting. I gave myself at least a month to send out the brushes and we're still on schedule. We're down to just a couple hundred more that need to be packed and shipped. I just got back from the post office where I dropped off another few dozen.
Full honesty, I used the shipping calculations from my last campaign, but since then rates had gone up that I didn't plan for. Charging more wouldn't be fair, it's my mistake, so I'm eating the cost. But it did slow things down. Fortunately, I've been able to get some sales which brings in money to make up the difference and get these boxes sent out!
Please reach out if there's any issue. I've had three boxes returned to me with incorrect addresses, so I'll send out emails to confirm those addresses once everything is out. I've also tried to package the brushes in a way that won't have the soap put pressure on them when stacked during shipping which could damage the ferrules.
Thanks, everybody! If you haven't received your package yet, don't worry, it's either in transit or will be sent out soon. All shipping should be wrapped up in August.

Over half sent out!
Now that we’ve been able to get the new Synthwave brushes into the hands of lots of our backers, we’re pleased to report we’ve gotten back lots of great feedback.
Don’t worry if yours haven’t arrived yet, they will in the coming weeks. We’re boxing each set individually, and making sure to drop them off at the post office personally.

Shipping About to Start!
We've successfully got everything on hand, shipping information has been prepped, and boxes are on their way.
It will take a few weeks to print, box, and ship everything, but starting next week expect to get your orders shipped out to you. We're really excited!
There's still a few people who haven't filled out their post survey and gotten us their address. Make sure you do that so we can ship to you.

Almost there!
We’re expecting to receive brushes Monday, and we’ll start printing labels and prep shipping next week!
That means you should expect the shipping charge Friday, and we’ll be able to get everything in order to start fulfillment. I’ll be printing labels one at a time and QAing and packaging each set myself, so expect to get your brushes in the coming weeks.
We still have a few people who haven’t finished submitting shipping information. Make sure you get that filled out!

Orders Locking In, Updates & Shipping
Things are going great so far! Soap is on the way, and should arrive soon. And brushes are also in transit.
I don’t think tariffs will cause any issues, but fingers crossed. If it does cause a delay, I’ll let everyone know, and cover any costs myself.
All orders and add-ons will be locked in Friday, so you won’t be able to add anything else. This will let me nail down my orders when I start shipping, which will hopefully start within a month if everything arrives on time. I’ll also let everyone know when I charge shipping, which should start in about two weeks, and that will cover the nearly 900 shipping labels I’ll print myself and then hopefully start packing boxes! So expect shipping to start in the coming weeks. We're still waiting on some surveys, so make sure you get your shipping information filled out.

My package arrived a couple weeks ago, and I opened it and saw the toothbrushes and since the brushes inside and was very happy. Now that I’ve checked my pledge, I realize I’m missing the brush soap and the spatula can you help?
I have not received my order yet. Following the tracking information it left LOS ANGELES CA DISTRIBUTION CEN 22/07/2025 did a tour through the following states NV, UT,NV,AZ then back to and out of LA several times. Then last listed on the 28th Jul in transit to next facility arriving late. I the find that on the 5th Aug it was delivered back to original sender. Can someone please explain what,s going on. Thanks Stephen Cross
This is not a great product… i would not reccomend Unless you need baselayer brushes. I Got two sets. All of the are rounded in the tips… ungortunately
