I redeemed my pledge in November, and the webshop lists it as shipped, however, I have only received part of my order. It has apparently been split up into multiple shipments based on the packing slips, and I am still waiting for the third, which should have the deluxe rulebook. Is it possible to get an estimate for when this will be shipped? I opened a support ticket in the beginning of December, but did not hear back yet.
Please be assured things are being dug out and we're resuming normal service ASAP.
