Keep in mind that this is an approximate timeline. If all items arrive early, then shipping will start earlier. There could also be delays if the products take longer in the production period or if there's a problem during production. In any case, backers will be notified.

Products
Colors of the pins may differ in person than from photos and your screen – since I need to use Pantone colors for the enamel pins, there will be a very slight color difference. However, from my past experience, I try to match it as much as possible.
Delays
Depending on how many backers this project will receive, there might be slight delays in the fulfillment process as I'll be grading, packaging and shipping all the pins (and add-ons) on my own. By backing this project, you understand that on-time delivery is not 100% guaranteed. There might come an unexpected problem, like a wrong batch of pins. If such a case happens, I will immediately let you know – same with any delays or other problems!
Shipping
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before the shipping date. In case of address change, immediately contact me.
Refunds & Cancellations
After the campaign ends, any cancellation or refund will not be issued under any circumstances. If you pledged for a design that ended up not unlocking, you will either have to change your choice to a one that is unlocked, or change your pledge before the campaign ends. If your pledge is successfully collected, I am assuming you have fully acknowledged and accepted the potential risks & challenges.
