Ducks, frogs & umbrellas – a cozy, rainy adventure in pin form! Hello, my name is Niki and I'm the creator behind Moon Duckling! I began my art journey when I was a teenager, but I started my art business in August 2024. However, the duckling you see everywhere, Chiru, was born all the way in May 2023. Since then, ducks (and namely Chiru!) have been the main thing I've been drawning.
In October 2024, I draw the very first Rainy Duck – Rainy Frog, which quickly became fans' favourite. A few months ago, I wanted to go back to this drawing, maybe expand the theme by some more illustrations... and this is where we are right now!
After creating my very first enamel pin, Rainy Frog, I became obsessed with them. And I would love to share this obsession with you, too! So if you are a fan of ducks, frogs or rain (maybe all of them?), or just love cozy and cute art in general, I'm absolutely thrilled to welcome you here ♥
For any newbie to BackerKit (or pledging in general):
Pledge now & pay late – You can adjust your tier any time during the BackerKit campaign, since you won't be charged any money until the project is fully funded (350 EUR, which unlocks the first 4 designs)
You can pledge even if the design you want is not unlocked yet – there is a chance it will be unlocked during the 3-week campaign. In case the campaign doesn't hit the stretch goal needed for the design, you may cancel your pledge before the 9th June or choose different design
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your pledge any time before the end of the campaign
Survey will be sent after the end of the campaign to collect addresses and chosen sticker & pin designs
Early Duck tiers are limited to the first 24 hours. If you unpledge during the campaign, you won't be able to repledge for the Early Duck again (if it is past the 24 hour mark)
I am open to either deliver the package through Czech Post straight to your home, or using Zasilkovna Box, the price stays the same
Estimate shipping duration

International Shipping
All packages will be shipped with tracking number to reduce the risk of lost packages in transit
Tracking numbers will be provided via BackerKit once the packages are sent out; you can track the shipment on your corresponding receiving country, or using 17track
Backers are responsible for any customs & import taxes that may apply, since it's illegal for me to change the price or mark the items as gifts on customs forms
I am not liable for any lost or stolen packages. But in the event that your package did not reach you after 8 weeks of getting the tracking number, please let me know.
Please check any update from your local post office in case there's any tariff, taxes, or any customs that may incur – in these cases, you are responsible for paying such fees in time so the package doesn't get shipped back to me
Any reshipment will need to be paid by you as well.
Keep in mind that this is an approximate timeline. If all items arrive early, then shipping will start earlier. There could also be delays if the products take longer in the production period or if there's a problem during production. In any case, backers will be notified.

Products
Colors of the pins may differ in person than from photos and your screen – since I need to use Pantone colors for the enamel pins, there will be a very slight color difference. However, from my experience with Rainy Duck, I try to match it as much as possible.
Delays
Depending on how many backers this project will receive, there might be slight delays in the fulfillment process as I'll be grading, packaging and shipping all the pins (and add-ons) on my own. By backing this project, you understand that on-time delivery is not 100% guaranteed. There might come an unexpected problem, like a wrong batch of pins. If such a case happens, I will immediately let you know – same with any delays or other problems!
Shipping
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before the shipping date. In case of address change, immediately contact me.
Refunds & Cancellations
After the campaign ends, any cancellation or refund will not be issued under any circumstances. If you pledged for a design that ended up not unlocking, you will either have to change your choice to a one that is unlocked, or cancel your pledge before the campaign ends. If your pledge is successfully collected, I am assuming you have fully acknowledged and accepted the potential risks & challenges.
Capability
This is my first time doing a BackerKit project, and while I am used to big con preparations and order fulfillment, I might still be a little rough around the edges. So just please know that I am doing my best to ensure the smoothest running possible.
