My next pin project is filled with delicious delights! Become a Baker and join the Club 🍰 Sign up for Opening Day, and you'll receive a link to download and Color a Cake. Who knows, maybe that cake will make its way into the project! This project is once again part of Pin Kids Collective and will open in November.

Plus you can show them off in an equally cute frame. Mix around where you want your cakes to be, so your bakery is exactly how you want it.

✨ The Transcend pins came in, and I have added everything to the Hearth's Warming surveys. I have sent out the Smoke Test (a random 5% of you will receive your survey in the next hour or so). Barring any issues, the rest of the surveys will go out tomorrow.  ✨

I have added MANY items from Celestial and Transcend to this survey. This is a great way to save some money on your orders. You can select a random pin and order stickers in packs for small discounts! You can also add a random Hearth's Warming pin for a small discount.

There are still 21 Cousins haven't paid for their initial pledge, which leaves this project $900 short. Please, if you are one of the 21 who needs to update their payment information, do this ASAP. You'll have a chance to do it during the survey, but the sooner the better.

For those who backed all 6 PKC projects, only my survey will show that you are receiving the Jumbo Cozy Pin, since I am the one handling fulfillment of it. Please do not be concerned if it doesn't show up in your other PKC surveys.

✨ I have finished creating the surveys for Hearth's Warming, hooray!  ✨

However, my pins from Transcend have shipped out, and I would like to add them into the survey for folks who missed out on that project and/or wanted more goodies. To do this, I would need to wait until they have arrived (expected delivery is August 6). This way I can quality check them all, get an accurate count of what extras I have, and then take a day to add them into the survey.

DOING THIS WOULD DELAY the Hearth's Warming surveys from going out by probably a week, 2 weeks at the most. How do you feel about this? Please answer in the attached Poll, below.

Over the next couple weeks, I'll be working on the pledge manager surveys and payments will begin processing for your initial pledge amount. Please feel free to ask questions, talk about the journey, or generally just hang out in the Community tab!

BackerKit will charge the card you used in your initial pledge. If it doesn't work, don't worry! You'll have multiple chances to update your card information before surveys are sent out. You'll also have a chance to update everything in the survey! There will be plenty of opportunities to make sure you get your rewards before the whole project closes for good on February 28, 2026.

Please remember, if you fail to pay for your pledge, add ons, or final shipping costs, you WILL NOT receive your rewards.

JULY 15 - Project ends and initial pledges charged
AUGUST 3 - Surveys go out
AUGUST 18 - Surveys close
AUGUST 18 - Completed surveys charged for add-ons and shipping
AUGUST 31 - All items ordered
OCTOBER - All items (hopefully) received
NOVEMBER 15 - Remaining surveys charged for add-ons and shipping
NOV/DECEMBER - Orders packaged and shipping begins
FEBRUARY 28, 2026 - Project fully closed and rewards are no longer provided

I will have many previous project rewards available for add-on during the surveys. Also, I aim to make many of the rewards available as individual items, so you can mix n match the pins and stickers you want.

You will be able to change your shipping address up until your survey is closed. After the lock down date, if you need to update your shipping address, please email [email protected], and I can manually update your shipping address. Please let me know as soon as possible that you need to update your address so I can change the address before your package is sent. If you fail to notify me of an address change, and your package is returned to me, I will ship it again but you will have to pay another shipping charge. 

You will receive a last call email for address changes before we start shipping packages.

I designed three free pins that I wanted to make for you all, but I don't think we're going to unlock them.

Currently, all cousins are receiving the same free pin, a Love Heart. I was wondering how you would feel if instead every cousins receives a random free Heart, either Love, Sun, or Moon. I would also make all the pins available as add-ons during the survey so you could order more if you wanted them!

Something I would also do: if you added on a Love Heart and a Moon Heart, I would make sure your free heart is the Sun Heart.
