I hope you're all doing well in this, the grimiest of months, January. Some of you should be getting your physical copies in the post already and digitals should all be distributed! (Please get in touch if you haven't got your digital yet.) For those with the limited ammo tier, the guns were delayed due to a slight problem with the resin (this project is cursed I tells ya!) The guns are all finished and in my grubby little mitts but unfortunately the gloss I tried to use to make them nice and shiny started to degrade the physical resin. This gives you all a choice and I need a vote on it. Would you like the slightly duller, gummier looking revolvers? This would mean the limited backer tiers start shipping right away. Would you like the shiny glossy guns? This would mean further experimentation with a gloss and a considerable delay in those tiers only.
I personally think the Gummy gun looks slightly tastier.

Hope you all have your post opening guns, because shipping has begun. Currently I am surrounded by enough boxes to build a small boat and sail the games out to you... But I'll save that for the actual postal workers. Teeth will be included in small tearable ticket strips (though if you have enough friends you could probably supply your own) And the boxes are stamped with the official Rusty Revolvers seal of approval! Hold on to your seats because these will be at your front door as soon as I catch the postman (he's very fast but I have a gun.)
the Backerkit is live and ready for you to update your address and grab any extra goodies you might want. You can also use this chance to upgrade your pledges if you missed out on one you wanted. Additionally, the guns are coming along nicely!
On the subject of the boxes, a new printer has obviously been secured and, though the design of the boxes might change slightly, I think you'll all be extremely pleased with the final outcome.
Please note, backerkits will lock and charge mid November so please make sure you've got your info in before then. This will streamlinesending out your copies of Rusty Revolvers at the beginning of December.

Why the delay?
Well, with the project nearly done the company I had lined up to print everything... shut down. This is unfortunate but the only thing this affects is time before you get to paw over these cards. Fortunately I am in talks with a box maker and new printers for the project. This also means the project will be printed when the new company is locked in.
Just rest assured this project is being worked on and looking pretty for y'all!
I have been away from this update page for quite some time. Working on other things alongside it. Other projects, other games. But that's no one's fault but my own, that'll teach me to fire the revolver from both ends and I'm deeply sorry for the lack of updates and communication. I am back, I will make consistent updates and I have been working on some things.

Obviously we have missed printing dates and I think with my massive workload I was too eager and optimistic with those dates.
So.
New projected dates:
- August 1st - Backerkit will open.
This will give me time to build the backerkit so I can collect addresses from all you lovely folk.
- August 25th - Backerkit will close.
This will give you lovely folk time to give me your addresses.
- Mid September - Printing will begin.
This will give me time to organise printers for various aspects of the game as I will need three seperate types of printer. I already have 1 printer ready to go. If I manage to get all three before then production will start early.
- Mid October - Distribution starts.
This gives me more than enough time to receive the copies and begin packing and distributing. I'm a one man band for the most part so each package will be hand packed and kissed by myself. (Look you might get a kiss from my partner as they sometimes help and if you were expecting one from me I'm sorry. Life is unfair sometimes.)
Part of My Problem
A consistent part of my creative problem with game updates is I don't want to talk if there's nothing to show for it. I've been writing cards and rules this whole time but showing a google doc with a bunch of boring letters makes for an update that'll put you to sleep, not excitement that creeps!
But I finally have some cards to show!

Obviously this is simply a filament mockup. The final gun will be printed in resin without any of those nasty strings or lines but you get the idea! Something to aim at whoever you're injecting with a nasty case of Hand Holes!
