I saw your response regarding refunds for the Lairs add-on, but when I went to my survey I saw I had a $10 credit instead. Is there intended to be a REFUND, or is that money just a credit on the backerkit survey now? There's a huge difference between getting that money back, versus getting an extra $10 (that isn't enough on its own to add anything additional to your order, so doing so would necessitate spending even MORE) solely in a context where the money still goes to you. If I don't spend the credit, is it refunded to me? Because if not, it's a total waste. I would sincerely like a REFUND in the proper sense.

Did shipping get more expensive? It was $50 previously to ship both the Oracle Story and Character, which was at a $120 value. This time, it's $65 to ship the $50 Monster Generator set? Singapore isn't some backwater region, either.

Has there been a decision or communication on whether or not the backers who have already supported you will be getting the same early-bird reward that's being given away on Kickstarter? Free Lair PDFs for everyone, and refunds for people who spend $10 on them? Aside from this issue, I'm super excited about the project!
Hey Baraqijal, thanks for reaching out. Yup we have decided to give backers the Lairs PDF for free or refund the $10 if purchased as an add-on. I have been going through orders and updating them and anyone who hasn't received their Lairs PDF or refund should reach out to support@nordgamesllc.com and I can make sure they get it in case I missed them.

I second this. Please respond to our comments about it; I think it's only right that all Backerkit backers get the Lairs PDF for free / have the $10 add-on refunded if it was paid for.

I emailed about getting a refund or credit since I added on the Lairs PDF but I haven't gotten a response or a change on my pledge. Can you look into it please?
