As mentioned on the campaign page (and in previous updates), The cut-off date for completing your survey and paying your shipping is coming up very soon.
If you don't complete your survey and pay for you shipping by August 10 2025, you'll be partially refunded, and your zine will be put up for general sale. They can't collect dust on my shelves forever.
New Project(s)
I'm happy to announce one of my next campaigns, Eight Short of a Dozen, as part of Mausritter Month. Give the teaser page a peep, and (if you're so inclined) perhaps even a follow.
If you're unfamiliar with Mausritter, it's a pint-sized fantasy game where you play as mouse-adventurers. It shares a lot of the same play philosophy as Mothership, and the full rulebook is free, so give it a look! Mausritter was one of the the first games to get me into this hobby, and the first system I ever wrote an adventure for, so it has my Norgad stamp of approval.
Creep through less-than-abandoned mineshafts, seek a seer atop a sombre gravestone, flee a treetop tea party without becoming cinders, and get caught in the crossfire of a raid upon a bomb-turned-vault in this bundle of mouse-sized adventures!
On top of that — and please keep this a secret — I may or may not be working on another project as well, for a certain Mothership-related Month. More info on this soon, so keep your eyes peeled ;)
Shipping Check-In
All the physical zines should have arrived by now. If your zine hasn't arrived yet, please fill out the form linked in the backers-only section of this update (at the bottom) and I'll get in touch to sort things out. The form closes on August 9, 2025.
Big thanks for another fantastic adventure and crowdfunding experience! It's fantastic to have Brackish in my hands so quickly! I really appreciate your efforts!

As a reminder, if you don't send through your shipping info within the next two months, I'll need to refund your zine (they can't live at my house forever). Please check the timeline section of the campaign page for more information.
Zines should take 2–4 weeks to arrive, depending on where you live. If you like, leave a comment when your zine arrives, to let people know if the zines are getting close to their country/state.
Digital Keys
Digital files have also been sent out, check your emails (and spam folder) if you haven't found yours yet.
If you've already given the module a read-through and thought it was good (or bad), be sure to share the word, leave a comment on the itch.io page, or perhaps even write a review? (Nova from Playful Void has already recorded her thoughts about Brackish on her blog, check it out).

You don't need to do anything. You will receive your download codes via email this weekend.
If you backed at any of the physical levels:
Double check your survey is filled out: even if you think you already did it, it may have just been a dream. If you don't fill out your survey, I can't send you your zine(s). There are still 19 of you in this category 😠
Make sure your card is ready for the shipping charge (this probably only applies to people using debit cards). Be ready for a 7NZD (~4.25 USD) charge.
You will receive your download codes via email this weekend, and your physical zines in a 2–4 weeks time.
