The pins have successfully cleared U.S. customs and are now in transit to our fulfillment center. We encountered a brief delay during the customs clearance process due to an administrative issue with our import partner, which has since been fully resolved.

FedEx is currently transporting the pins from the Port of Los Angeles to our warehouse, with an estimated arrival date of Tuesday June 24th 2025.

Upon arrival (typically in the afternoon), we will begin our comprehensive receiving and quality control process. Given the volume of approximately 3,500 pins, we anticipate this process will be completed by Wednesday or Thursday of next week.
