Project Update: Shipping Soon! 🌈 48 Hour Address Lock Notice 🚨
Hi friends,
All items have arrived and we are prepping them to start packing and shipping your orders to you! You should receive an email from BackerKit (if you haven't already) notifying you that you have 48 hours from now to make any final updates to your shipping address.

Please make sure that all of your information is correct! If your package is returned to us, we will reach out for you to pay for a new shipping label to the correct address before resending it.
From our FAQs on Shipping:
- All orders will be shipped via USPS and will come with tracking. USPS Ground Advantage packages have an estimated shipping turnaround time of 3-7 business days within the United States and 7-21 business days for international packages. Please know that once we ship a package, it is out of our hands. We can only see the same tracking information you can and are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend contacting your local postal provider for more details or to file a claim.

Late August - Mid September - Order packing & shipping begins
We are well ahead of our original projected timeline and – should everything go as planned during packing – expect all orders to be shipped before the end of the month!
We will be printing labels in large batches and you may receive a tracking number at that time. Please allow us time to process the orders and for the tracking to update before reaching out with questions. So that we can focus on getting your orders to you, we will not be answering emails asking about shipping status until September 1st. We will update when all orders have been shipped.

Rainbow Bookshop Updates 📚
All campaign pins and totes are here! Everything looks so good and we're so excited to get these into your hands soon.
We're still in the manufacturing stage as we wait for the last few items to arrive before we begin packing, but everything is on track to meet the original benchmarks, if not, sooner. Stickers and bookmarks are in transit. We're waiting on a few add-on pins that are still in production.

For those that missed out on pledging to our Make the Yuletide Gay campaign, the Pre-Order Store is now open! There’s all sorts of goodies listed in addition to all the unlocked campaign designs as well as some designs you can help us unlock. A reminder that we will be ordering very little extra stock just to cover any issues that might arise so if you have your eye on something, now is the time to snag it!

We're almost 100% on surveys but have just a few more of y'all we need responses from. Make sure to fill the survey out completely and click submit for your choices to be secured. We will officially lock them down and charge cards on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Project Update: Surveys are open!
Hi friends,
Surveys have been officially sent out to all backers! Please fill them out entirely and complete payment for shipping and any add-ons. Surveys are set to close on May 14. You’ll still be able to complete the surveys after that, but inventory will be based on surveys completed by the deadline, so lock in your orders now!
Payments have processed for your initial pledge amount. If your payment failed, don't worry. You'll have a chance to update everything in the survey. There are still some outstanding payments, so if that's you, check your card - we don't want you to miss out on the campaign rewards!
Reminder about all free items in any pledge from throughout this project: You must successfully fill out your survey and pay for the final shipping costs by December 31, 2025 to receive your pledge and any free rewards! If you fail to pay for your final shipping costs before then, you will not receive your rewards.
For those that missed out on pledging to the campaign, the Pre-Order Store is now open! There’s all sorts of goodies listed in addition to all the unlocked campaign designs. There’s even some highly requested restocks you can help us unlock. Check it out here! (If you pledged to the campaign, you have access to all the items listed in the pre-order store in your survey as add-ons.)

December 31 - Project fully closed and rewards are no longer provided
