Hey adventurers,

I wanted to give a little bit of an update on the Backerkit Pledge Manager as well as what you can expect from us here on out!

We are finalizing all the last bits of the Pledge Manager tomorrow on a call with Backerkit. From there, they will do their final reviews. Once all approved (usually a few days), we will send out the smoke test. Some of you will receive the survey a day or so early to complete so we, and Backerkit, can make sure everything is functioning properly. From there, it goes out to all! So, you can expect this all to unfold over the next week.

Once you have received the survey, we will wait 1-2 weeks (really once we get a majority of surveys completed) before locking orders and charging cards. Once charged and locked, add-on book PDFs will be fulfilled along with the Map Pack PDF and Tree House Map PDF.

By the time this unfolds, we will be finished with the Classic PDF! Once that is all done, we will send it out right away. It should line up the exact timing naturally of the Pledge Manager closing. Then, the 5e Version will follow 1-2 weeks after at most.

We do sincerely apologize for the delays. We have never not completed a project, but we have had delays before. We know how to fight through 'em. We are doing in-house layout again as we prepare for the next 16 years of Pacesetter (awesome news coming soon). That has caused a little delay. We are sincerely apologetic for that. The physical books should arrive to use at Pacesetter HQ in August with shipping to you happening the last week of August possibly into the first week of September depending on how fast the printer finishes (sometimes they're early, sometimes a few days behind). Even though it cannot repair the time, we will be sending out a free pdf of Book of Beginnings (5e) and Classic Adventures (Classic B/X) to all backers. We do appreciate your patience as we work hard to wrap this thing up, and again, we do apologize for the delay! More soon once everything is square with the Pledge Manager!

We have completed our smoke test on Backerkit and everything looks good. Therefore, we have enabled all surveys and you should have your Backerkit survey notification. 

There are a minimum of questions to answer so that your pledge is fulfilled correctly. Additionally, please make sure we have your correct mailing and email address for product distribution. 

There are a limited number add-ons to choose from and several are reduced to $5-10 for the physical book! 

I want to again thank you for supporting this project and I know you will love EE: Wilderness.

We hope all is well with you :) We are nearing the end of the production process for Endless Encounters: Wilderness! We are currently laying out the B/X (Classic) version and then moving onto 5e! I wanted to share a layout sample (please note this is still being worked on). Also keep in mind this is per our last updates and polls about moving to black and white interior for the future of Pacesetter Games. We are very excited to return to our roots!!

We will update again soon once we are ready to send out the Backerkit Pledge Manager in about 1-3 weeks!

I hope this message finds you well. We are nearly concluded with our internal production of Endless Encounters: Wilderness! We are still on track for a late-May fulfillment of this project. We are finalizing edits and moving to layout. From there, we will post PDFs and send to our printer here in the United States!

Another item on the agenda is to send out the Backerkit Pledge Manager. This is where shipping will be paid and add-ons will be finalized. We have left this step for last because USPS shipping rates are constantly changing. To get the most accurate charge, we will be replicating this for each campaign. We will likely send those out in late March or early April!

That is all for now! I will post some layout examples here in the next few weeks. Also, please keep an eye out for a poll we are sending! We would love some feedback on the final version of the book!!
