PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: Locking orders!
Hey folks,
Just a quick one from us today: we've just sent out a final notice for everyone to update their addresses. In 48 hours we'll be locking all surveys so please make sure your address is the correct one!
Later this week we'll charge cards for shipping and then all books should be landing with us within the next week or two. We'll start sending everything out as soon as possible after that.
Shipping prices are also in so you can see how much we'll be charging.
For EU folks:
We're shipping out with duties paid so your orders should arrive quickly and you should not be charged any fees at customs. The shipping fee you're paying includes the VAT of the items you've ordered.
For US folks:
I did the maths last night based on some quotes and, with the cost of tariffs and freight and warehousing in the US, you'd actually end up paying roughly the same amount as shipping directly from the UK. Because of low total order values, you should receive everything while staying under the de minimis threshold and so you shouldn't be asked to pay anything at the border. We've got all the infrastructure and books here, and we can ship tracked, so we're going to ship everything directly to you from the Peregrine Coast Press studio in sunny Leeds, UK.
For everyone else:
Congrats on either: 1) staving off the fascists a liiiiittle better than everyone else, 2) taking advantage of decades of western imperialism, 3) a bit of both. Your books will be on the way soon :)
Looking forward to hearing all about you playing with your Johnsons,
Eryk and the Johnson Squared team xoxo

Project Update: We're in print!
Hey folks,
Glad to say we're finally in print and that our merch has arrived!
Glad to say we're finally in print and that our merch has arrived!
They merch is looking really great in person. Once we have the first book finished and weighed, I'll pop the weights into Backerkit and start charging for shipping. As a reminder: we'll be shipping from the UK. For EU folks, this means we'll pre-pay duties and VAT so you can get your books without any surprise fees. Similarly, printing in Europe means we're avoiding recent US tariffs and our packages will pass de minimis thresholds so you shouldn't be charged any tariffs at the border.
I've also just uploaded the final files to Backerkit and you should already have received a download link to yours!
Finally, if you'll be at UK Games Expo later this month, do pop by the Peregrine Coast Press stand and say hi.
Thanks for your patience folks :) We're really excited to get these into your hands.

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: Project Prognosis: Delayed (a little bit)
Hey folks,
In the last update, we mentioned we were on track to fulfil at the end of April. Sadly, my partner has been in and out of hospital for the last few weeks which has meant my attention has been elsewhere and knocked our timeline out of whack.
You'll be glad to know that all patches and pin badges are in production and will be arriving with us shortly, but the book itself has been delayed. We've finalised print specs: we've made the decision to add flaps to the covers, giving all refs more information that's easy to reference and have accessible no matter which spread you're on. Hopefully this will be a great wayfinding solution to stop you from flicking back and forth from the index/contents!
Now that the inlay is finalised, it turns out that tomorrow is a Lithuanian holiday and our print shop technologist is away until the 7th, so we won't be able to get started on printing until at least the 8th. If all goes well, we should be able to start fulfilment at the end of May/start of June.
Hope that your summers are going well! Please feel free to pop by our discord and chat with the team. If you've read over the pdf release and have thoughts, we'd love to hear them! Apologies for the delay, but we're almost at the finish line.
Sincerest regards,
The Cable, McNally & Sawicki Research Consortium
