📝 Surveys
Backer surveys will be sent as soon as they’re approved by BackerKit.
These will let you confirm your order, select any options, add extras, and update your shipping information.

You'll receive an email the moment they go live!
💳 Payments
Campaign payments are currently processing.
You will receive an email from BackerKit letting you know whether your payment went through.

If your payment fails, don’t stress. You’ll have a few days to fix it inside BackerKit.

Once you complete your survey, cards will be charged automatically for:
- Shipping
- Any additional add-ons you select in the survey
This helps speed up fulfilment so your order can be on its way as quickly as possible!
✈️ International Shipping Upgrades
There is now an optional add-on in the survey for international customers who want to upgrade to tracked shipping.
Some orders will automatically include tracking; the easiest way to check is to look at the shipping total in your survey:
- If your shipping cost is over £20, then tracking is already included.
- If it’s lower, you can upgrade in the survey if you'd prefer faster and more secure delivery.
I highly recommend upgrading if you want your package ASAP or like keeping an eye on where your parcel is.

As soon as payments clear and surveys are in, I’ll be hustling to get everything shipped as fast as one person possibly can!
