Now, I was disheartened when I first realised I'd only shipped just over 10% of the packages BUT! I have been doing the biggest ones first, which take at least an hour each to assemble for shipping so had to remind myself that's why it feels like I've not done that many. As the packages get smaller, I'll be able to get them done more quickly 💪🏻

I have shipped all of the "Complete Collection" sets now, and have moved on to orders containing cardigans! All S/M and L/XL orders have been shipped. You should have a dispatch email from [email protected] if your order is on the way! This will contain your tracking number if you upgraded to tracked shipping. 

UK packages should arrive in 1-3 business days, but please allow 2 weeks! 

Tracked UK packages should arrive by 1pm the next working day after dispatch, if it does not please send me an email.

EU packages should arrive in 3-5 working days, but please allow 12 weeks. 

International Standard - 6-7 working days, but please allow 12 weeks.

International Tracked - 5-7 working days, but please allow 12 weeks.

Hello hello all! 

As expected, grading has taken aaaages, but when there's on person checking 12,000 pins that's not surprising! I have reacahed a point where I've checked enough (and I'm fed up of looking at them for a bit 😂) to get going with shipping, so the first batch went out last week! Some lucky backers have already had their parcels arrive which is super exciting to see. The ones that have already gone out are to those who also placed an order from my shop, you should have dispatch notices in your inbox.

My loose shipping plan is to start with the biggest pledges with the most items in, to thank the backers who provided the most support. After this I'll batch you all by region and crack on 💪🏻

My hope is to use 2-3 days a week for fulfilling pledges, and to just get as many out as I can each week whilst still keeping up with everything else a small business owner has to do. My usual shipment collection is a Friday, so dispatch emails are most likely to arrive at the end of the week! Make sure to add [email protected] to your contacts so I don't end up in your spam folder.

As I've said before, I'm doing this all solo, and am soooo grateful with how patient you're all being! I'm working hard behind the scenes to get your goodies to you and cannot wait to see them arriving 😍😍😍

Ooooo guys, it's the exciting update!! The boring, waiting bit has happened and now it's the fun bit where things are arriving! 

I have all of the mini pins on hand and half of the full pins. A few of the designs did not pass my eagle eyed manufacturing rep's quality assessment and are being remade. This shouldn't be a problem however as I have lots to be getting on with in the meantime. My own QC is going to take a couple of weeks as there are A LOT of pins!! My job now is to look at every single one and weed out any with minor defects - they're not good enough for you 😉

The pins have arrived a little later than planned - they should have got here at the start of the month but manufacture took longer than expected. With that in mind, I anticipate that most orders will now be shipped in September/October, but I shall do my best to get them out as quickly as possible! 

I am going to set addresses to lock on Monday (26th). This gives you the weekend to make sure everything is correct. You will receive an email with 48 hours notice to update your address too, so you have until Wednesday at the latest to do this!

Once I begin shipping I shall give regular dispatch updates! You will receive an email from my online store once yours is on the way. Make sure to add [email protected] to your contacts so it doesn't sneak into the junk folder!

Hello all! Production is in full swing and my manufacturer has confirmed that we should still be good for delivery in early August. I will keep you updated on when everything is done. In the meantime, it is time to charge cards and give you the option to add items from my shop to your pledges, as promised! 

You can now add items from my online store to be shipped with your pledge! You have until the 31st of July to do this. Here's how:

That will discount the shipping cost for you and let me know to combine your orders! This will discount shipping prices up to £12, which will exclude some heavier items for international buyers. If it does not work for your order, please send me an email and I will look into it for you! There may be a small amount of additional shipping to pay, but it won't be the full amount 🥰

I'll be charging cards for all completed surveys tomorrow! This will take payment for shipping and any add-ons you chose after the campaign. 

It's all ticking along, the next update should be the one that includes photos of finished pins! Exciting!
