We have years of experience making ITA bags & have co-created all of our ITA Bag designs through previous crowdfunding campaigns - improving each design with your input, comments, suggestions & ideas! Kicking off 2026, we are launching our new 4 in 1 XL ITA Shapeshift Bag in a limited edition.

âď¸ New 4 in 1 XL Shapeshift ITA Bag (18") âď¸
The Everyday ITA Vol. 8 is a 4 in 1 ITA bag you can use every day, on trips, or at conventions. It switches easily between backpack, shoulder bag, tote, and laptop or travel bag, so you carry it the way that suits you right now.
The backpack straps can easily be detached and hidden in the zipper zones at the back. The tote/ shoulder handles are size adjustable through the two buckles at the front and back, to either make the handles shorter or longer. Each bag also comes with a padded shoulder strap that can be easily attached to the back and is adjustable in length.
First things first. The front display.
A large clear window sits at the front, with a removable velcro pin insert that holds your enamel pins and charms securely in place. Your pins stay visible and protected, even in crowds. You can take the insert out when you want to show plushes or charms instead, or when you want a clean, low-key look. Rearranging is easy too, thanks to three-sided window access. Swap pins mid-con. The goal of our bag was really to make your accessories the star of our bag and to provide the biggest display space possible!
Then there is the inside.
This bag works like a real everyday bag, not just a display piece. It fits laptops up to 18 inches, plus A4 or letter-size books and daily essentials. Everything sits in padded compartments, so your tech stays safe. Even when it is full, the bag stays comfortable, with breathable padding and a structured shape that spreads the weight.
Next up, durability.
The Everyday ITA Vol. 8 is made with outdoor-grade materials built for real life. The exterior is premium water-resistant pleather with microfibre reinforced to resist any cracking & peeling - making your pleather bag last significantly longer than standard PU. The inside lining is water resistant. The zippers are fully enclosed and upgraded to handle rain, spills, and wear. This is the bag you grab when the weather turns or the day runs long. If you choose to wear your bag as a backpack, the back and straps have air vents to reduce heat and sweat.
Finally, travel & adventure.
The bag is cabin-size friendly, lightweight for its size at 1.3 kg, and includes a suitcase strap for airports. For outdoor adventures (especially during warm summer days), the bag comes with a built in bottle cooler pocket!
The 15â Daily Comfort Backpack in black premium pleather is designed for everyday life, with plenty of space to show off your pins and charms. It fits a 15â laptop comfortably in a padded Velcro sleeve, keeping your tech safe on the go.
At the front, youâll find a clean, built-in pin display window with a removable pin pad, making it easy to add, swap, or rearrange your pins without damaging the bag. The pin pad holds a generous number of enamel pins and works with rubber, butterfly, or safety clasps, so youâre free to display your collection exactly how you like. Inside the window are three D-rings, perfect for hanging charms or small plushes alongside your pins.
For organisation, the backpack includes five spacious pockets, three zippered compartments, and two side pockets for water bottles or everyday essentials. A luggage strap makes travel easier, while reinforced nylon shoulder straps keep things comfortable even when the bag is fully loaded.

Our 17â Expandable Anti-Theft Backpack holds up to 35L in a carry-on friendly size, made from water resistant and scratch proof Oxford nylon with a PVC ITA window to display enamel pins and charms. It features extensive pockets with multiple layers, a wet and shoe zone, anti theft storage, and both interior and exterior D-rings for keychains or plushes. With a reinforced handle, luggage strap, 180 degree opening, and expandable side buckles, itâs built for comfort, organization, and creative expression wherever you go.
The 9â ITA Cross-Body/Organizer Bag is a compact & flexible, designed to fit into your everyday setup. The bag comes in black and beige (depending on what's included in your pledge level). You can wear it as a lightweight cross-body bag or use it as a neat organiser insert inside one of our ITA Bags.
The front features a clear PVC display window with a matching removable pin insert, giving you a dedicated space to show off your favourite enamel pins and charms while keeping them protected. It also features two internal D-Rings behind the PVC window to display your favorite charms.
Made from lightweight polyester, the bag is comfortable to wear and easy to pack. Inside, youâll find two large zip pockets that offer plenty of room for daily essentials like your phone, wallet, keys, and more.
The 7â ITA Phone Wallet / Pouch is a small but incredibly handy piece designed to keep your essentials close and organised. It comes in black or ivory white, depending on your pledge level, and is made from lightweight polyester so itâs easy to carry all day.
You can use it as a wallet, a wrist pouch, or as an internal organiser inside one of our ITA bags. A matching wrist strap is included, making it perfect for quick outings when you just want to grab your phone and go.
On the front, a large clear PVC window with a matching pin insert lets you display your favourite enamel pins and charms in a compact format. Itâs an easy way to personalise your setup while keeping everything protected.
Inside, the pouch features dedicated slots for your ID and credit cards, along with extra pockets to keep your phone, cash, and small essentials neatly in place.
Our pledge levels are designed to make it easy to build your perfect setup while getting the best value possible. Instead of offering everything only as individual items, many of our pledges bundle bags, organisers, and accessories together. This lets you save compared to buying each piece on its own, while also giving you a more complete, ready-to-use bag set right away.
Whether youâre after a single everyday bag or a full mix of backpacks, pouches, and organisers, the bundles are set up to scale with you. Higher pledge levels combine multiple items and include exclusive bonuses, so the more you bundle, the more you save. Itâs our way of saying thank you for backing the campaign and helping bring this project to life, while making sure you get the most value for your support.
All rewards ship from Sydney, Australia. Shipping will be collected after the campaign through Backerkit, closer to fulfilment. This lets us calculate accurate shipping costs based on your location, reward weight, and shipping method. Youâll always see the final shipping cost before locking in your survey. All shipping costs above are estimates but are based on real current postal rates, using our calculations of the total weight of the pledge and approximate shipping dimensions.
Australia
For Australian backers, all pledge prices already include GST. During the Backerkit survey, youâll only be asked to pay for domestic shipping. No extra taxes to worry about.
United States
US orders ship via FedEx Express and are sent as Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). That means all import duties, customs fees, and taxes are already covered. During the survey, you pay both the shipment cost & import duties, so shipment gets customs pre-cleared. No surprise charges and nothing to pay when your package arrives.
All other Countries
For all other countries, shipping will be collected through Backerkit during the survey.
In terms of Taxes, VAT and import duties (excl. Australia & United States): Please note that your local customs authorities may charge additional taxes or import duties when your pledge arrives in your country. Please note that these charges are outside of our control and that those charges are not included in your pledge price or shipping cost.
As a special thank you to our early supporters, weâre offering early bird freebies for backers who pledge within the first 48 hours of the campaign. Early bird backers will receive a free 9â ITA Cross-Body / Organizer Bag in beige, along with a mystery pack that includes one mystery enamel pin and one mystery charm, both selected by us from our full collection. These bonuses are our way of saying thanks for jumping in early and helping kick the campaign off strong.
As part of all pledge levels, you can choose your favourite Enamel Pin, Acrylic Charm, Bag Charm & Air Freshener designs in any combination. Your pledge level determines the quantity of your choices, and later on in the backer survey, you will lock in your specific design choices!
We've provided a bit more detail below. Please know that this timeline is indicative. We always try our best to stick to our initial timeline as close as possible & have done this throughout all of our historic campaigns. However, there is always a chance that production or shipping might have slight delays. Should this happen, you'll be the first ones to know!
Also, this timeline is is applicable to backers who are paying their pledge in full during the end of the campaign. For backers who chose "Pay Over Time" (paying your pledge in 4 instalments monthly) this timeline will look different as you will only be able to access the survey & pay for the shipping cost once your pledge payment has been received in full by Backerkit.
22 January | Campaign Launch
The campaign goes live. Early bird freebies are available for the first 48 hours.
24 January | Early Bird Period Ends
Early bird bonuses close after 48 hours. All pledges placed before this point will receive the early bird freebies.
13 February | Campaign Ends
The campaign officially wraps up and pledges are charged & processed.
Late February | Backerkit Surveys Sent
Backerkit surveys are sent out to collect shipping addresses, colour selections, and shipping costs. Youâll be able to review everything before confirming. US backers will also be charged applicable customs duties during the survey.
For backers who chose "Pay Over Time": Backerkit will automatically send you the survey link within 72 hours after your final payment.
Mid March | Production Ends & Start of Fulfilment
The production of the bags will finalise early to mid march. We will do final quality checks before the bags get shipped to us. Once we receive the bags, we will be working our way through the received surveys in order of when the survey was received and start shipping out your pledges! Keep an eye out for shipping notifications which include your tracking number!
Late March to April | Shipments Arrive
We ship globally from Australia, but depending on your location (country, metro vs. rural areas etc.) shipment times can vary. From experience, shipments typically arrive in:
Australia: 2-4 business days (+ 1-2 extra days if you live very rural)
United States: 2-5 business days (we ship with FedEx and they have a very reliable network that even delivers fast in more rural areas)
Rest of the World: 4-15 business days (once the shipment lands in your country, it is typically being handed over to your local postal delivery service e.g. Canada Post in Canada, Deutsche Post in Germany, Royal Mail in the UK etc.) so shipment speed depends on how fast those local postal networks typical handle incoming parcels.
