Project Update: Shipping 50% done!
Hi everyone! Not a huge update, but shipping is about halfway there! There may be some of you anxiously waiting for their package to arrive, and maybe those who will be delightfully surprised when they do. Please, if you are someone who would like a better idea of where their fulfillment stands, please reach out! I understand its taking longer than expected and I am working at it little at a time, but it is moving.
I may take a day or two to respond, but I will respond. I have an email ([email protected]), Instagram, and discord. Most of them do not have updated information on them, mostly because I've been working on packing orders.
While working on this, two amazing artists have come together to make a small Backerkit mini-event called "Dragon's Delightful Delicacies" Of which I was invited to be a part of. My part of the campaign largely consists of the remaining fruity dragons along with some new designs for the cross-collab freebies and one new fruity.
This does not mean fulfillment has taken a backseat; in fact, most of the "new" designs have been sketchy in nature and not as polished so that I can keep focus on the remaining orders to be shipped.
While I realize that there are many successful artists that launch new campaigns while still in the process of fulfilling previous orders, I do feel guilty since I personally did not want to launch a brand-new project until the previous campaign was finished, but since it was a group that had a specific timeline in mind, and that I was largely reusing art that was already completed, I felt able to launch this in the meantime since there would be plenty of time in-between to get the remaining orders out before next fulfillment time.
In the time of writing this update, I got up several times due to a crying toddler wanting to spam the keyboard, and another hungry little one who insisted I get off the chair. It's not an excuse, just a glimpse of why things have taken a while. Parents out there, I'm sure you understand. And to all lovely's out there reading this, I hope you understand the effort I am making to get your packages out there. =)
