We have confirmed the first 2 isopods are going to be arriving at our door sometimes next week. Surveys are currently being reviewed and will go out while we start proofing plush bags. Each one will need to be tested by hand so please bare with us while we go through them.
Beetles have been sent off for safety testing already and are in steps for production to speed things along.
Cappuccinos are finished up and we are seeing if they can be shipped together with the beetles.
The home stretch is in sight! We cant wait for these little dudes to make it out to you all!
We have gotten an update on where the first 2 isopods are and they are moving fast. The ducks and cows will be arriving on the 14th to port. Customs will then begin inspections. This process takes some time and there is no estimated time frame unfortunately. We have the boxes clearly marked to try to speed things along.
Cappuccinos have passed safety and are still being made. We are hoping to have them shipped with the beetles to help save some shipping. Tariffs are still looming so we are taking every possible step to save where we are able. Cost increase not be pushed to you backers! We are firm on this for you all.
And the big news! Final updates on our shy beetle have been made. We are very pleased with the added details under the wings. And his little head is much more round and soft in shape. These will be sent to safety testing as soon as our sample arrives to ensure no new issues with the cosmetics or functionality. We are crossing our fingers for this guy to be ready!

Shipping and surveys will be set up and requested AFTER we proof the first 200 units of the ducks and cows. This will give a little extra time for the last 2 bags to make more progress so the wait times for those would choose them will be lessened.
We officially have 2 designs completed and on thier way to the us.
The Rubber Ducky and Dairy Cow were completed last week, packed up, and are now on the way here. Min transit time is currently 55 days. We were informed however to expect delays due to the ever changing tarrifs and shipping conditions.
We will not receive a tracking update until they reach US soil, so now we wait.
The Cappuccinos are still in the production phase as they needed additional edits during the project. They have passed safety inspections and are moving quickly to be finished.
And finally a huge update on our Shy Beetle! We have a prototype here and are doing use testing. Some edits have already been sent for both cosmetic and functional updates.
The biggest cosmetic change will be adding the body segments under the wings. You can see in the photo I added them in sharpie to get an idea of the final look. We felt he really needed them. Smaller changes include rounding out his head shape a tiny bit more, and magnet placement for the wings.
The only functional edit is for the liner to be sewn down in one additional area to prevent the liner coming out during use. It is already sewn down in a couple of spots, we just need one more.
Once these changes are made we will have them submitted for safety testing and start production.
There is currently a small break in tariffs making them 30% and we are working very hard to make this window for most if not all the backpacks!
Currently the first 2 designs are in full production with a completion / ship date around June 5th. There are 1,000 units of each design so we must use sea shipping method. No time frames are currently available for this but rest assured we will continue to get updates as fast as possible.
The cappuccinos and beetles will be in full production very soon. The cappuccinos are fully approved for construction and design and just waiting for the sewing machines to be free from the first 2 designs.
The shy beetle is undergoing its final changes to construction. Design details are finalized!! We are extremely excited to share him with you before final changes.

We have requested more a more full and round shape to his head and for the wings to be closer together to cover more of the top. The wings also have magnets to keep them in place while out and about.
Once the bags are in hand surveys will go out with shipping totals. We do not want to do this too early as things change so rapidly. Hold tight!
For any payments that have not gone through these have automatically been cancelled. An opportunity to preorder will come up once we are closer to having them all in hand to avoid any more back log orders during final production.
