Hi, I’m Isa, the creator behind Pitshôni Studio. From my small studio in France, I enjoy exploring a wide range of artistic and creative projects.
For this new edition of Pintopia, I’m happy to share a brand-new enamel pin collection inspired by the world of cats :)
Through this collection, I wanted to capture small moments from their everyday lives. Cats have so many ways of being funny, gentle, or mysterious, and choosing just a few scenes was not easy. If this first series is well received, I would love to create more in the future.
Each pin is designed as a little moment in time: a simple scene imagined and illustrated by me, then carefully turned into a delicate piece to wear or collect.
🌿 Payment confirmation and processing : If the initial goal of €450 is not reached, your card will not be charged. If the campaign is successful, your card will be charged, and BackerKit will need around two weeks (sometimes a little longer in case of small unforeseen delays) to process the payments and transfer the funds to me.
🌿 Survey check : Before the survey is sent to all backers, a small smoke test will be sent to a limited group to make sure everything works properly.
🌿 Selection & shipping survey : Once the test is successful, the survey will be sent to all backers. You will be able to:
fill in your shipping information,
select exactly the pins you want,
add extra items if needed.
🌿 Final adjustments and production launch : Once all surveys are completed, I will close them. At that point, your card will be charged for any added extras as well as for shipping costs. This will allow me to start production with the correct quantities.

For rewards shipped outside the United States: they are sent directly from my studio in France.
For rewards shipped to the United States: they are sent via my partner, a professional fulfillment center located in Seattle, USA. The pins and stickers are first sent to me for a check, then grouped before being shipped to Seattle. Please note that shipments to the United States may take a little longer.
Shipping costs and taxes:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the final weight of your reward and may increase if you add extra items.
Backers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs duties in their country.
All prices are estimates in EUR and may change.

I do my best to plan everything carefully, but small unexpected things can sometimes happen along the way. This is true for any manufacturing project, and here is what may occasionally occur:
🌿 Pin Quality :
Even at the highest quality level (A grade / standard), enamel pins may show very slight variations, such as a tiny speck, a small mark only visible up close, or slight differences in color fill. These details are completely normal in enamel pin manufacturing and do not affect the overall beauty of the design. You will receive pins that meet the intended quality for this collection.
🌿 Colors & Adjustments :
Minor adjustments: during production, small details such as color shades or cutting lines may sometimes be slightly refined. I will always share an update to keep you informed 💛
Color differences: depending on your screen settings, colors may appear slightly different from the final enamel pins. This is a normal variation between digital displays and physical products.
Overall timelines (project & shipping): production delays may occur, for example if additional quality checks or re-production are needed.
There may also be logistical challenges during international import/export shipping (delivery delays, customs, or other unforeseen issues). If this happens, I will of course keep you informed, and you are always welcome to reach out in the Community section or check the FAQ.
🌿Customs & Taxes :
As I am based in France, import taxes or customs fees may be applied by your country or shipping carrier. These fees are not included in the pledge and remain the responsibility of the backer.
