Project Update: Smoke Test: Starts Now!
Hey Backers!
Today we're starting the Smoke Test for backer surveys. This means we going to send out surveys to roughly 5% of you (randomly chosen) so we can make sure that there aren't any problems with surveys, backer levels, add-ons, and everything else.
If you get a survey in the next 24 hours, it would be a great help if you filled it out ASAP — especially if you're getting items that have options (like t-shirts).
If you run into any problems or confusion, email [email protected] so we can get things figured out.
On a somber note: if you're effected by hurricane Helene and that will get in the way of you finishing the survey, receiving a shipment or paying for shipping/etc, please reach out to [email protected] and we'll accomodate you.
