First off, I'd like to apologise profusely for the wait in updates. As I've previously said, health issues have delayed the project.
The past month or so I've been making a return to work, however issues have delayed this update as I've been trying to get a concrete update for you.
There are two main issues with the plushies and project.
The main problem is that after making my first 2 prototypes, the manufacturer became very evasive. They have been replying very sparsely for a while now and the replies we do get just say that they hope to have more information soon. This includes the Moonless prototype and final Pocketcat pre-production prototype, as well as several other plush prototypes to the amount of over 1000USD+.
I have recently, in the past two weeks, been informed that my agent has left the manufacturer and forgot to put me in contact with somebody else. I have been promised a full update within the next 2 weeks. This comes after I formally started the refund process with my bank, but I will be holding off to see if they actually send an update or continue to delay. If that's the case, I will be pursuing a full refund from my bank and finding a new manufacturer to proceed with.
The other issue is my health. As I'm sure most of you are aware from some previous announcements I have been suffering from deteriorating health for some time. I have recently received a few diagnoses which have helped us better understand what's happening but unfortunately they are lifelong problems and the pace of everything needs to be manageable for me. We have also both had stressful and unexpected life events lately which have halted things even further. We understand the wait has been long and the lack of updates is frustrating. These aren't meant to be excuses as there really aren't any for the lack of communication. I just hope you can understand the difficulties of our situation.
We have been actively updating people in our Discord when asked about the project, however we realise this left a lot of people not present unaware of what was happening. From now on we will stop writing important updates in there, and return to updating via Backerkit.
Due to these ongoing problems I have struggled a lot with staying in contact with people which is why that role has been given to my partner. If you need to contact someone with any concerns or questions it should no longer be directed to me. My partner is happy to answer direct messages on discord (user: jaidenthebear) and they will deal with any future emails ([email protected]) etc. They have also been given access to my KS account in order to reply to any important comments.
Anybody waiting on a response from me should resend it as you will not receive a response otherwise. I can only apologise about this.
I understand some people may have worries about the legitimacy of the campaign, so I have attached the order details from my manufacturer. This details the Pocketcat (100) and Kalev (50) plushies.

Prototyping
Pocketcat & Moonless Plush: We’re still in the prototyping stage while I make final adjustments to the eye positioning so the expressions feel just right. I know waiting is tough, and I’m really sorry for the hold-up and I promise these tweaks are worth it for the final look. Unfortunately my manufacturer's pace has slowed down significantly now that they have our money.
Addresses & Shipping
Address Locking: Addresses are being locked now so we can line up labels and fulfilment smoothly. If you need to update your address after it locks, message me and I’ll change it manually.
Shipping Charges: We’re setting up shipping charges so everyone has time to make sure funds are available. You don’t have to pay ASAP if you're unavailable to, you will have from now until fulfillment (which will be a while still) to pay for your shipping.
Non-Plush Orders: If your pledge is pins / non-plush only and you've paid your shipping charges, your items will also be sent as part of this wave.
June Update, All Pins complete, Sampling still in progress
Hi there friends, it's time again for our monthly update.
Unfortunately, sampling is still taking way too long. The last update improved Pocketcat's eyes, but they're still not looking the way I want them to, and my manufacturer is taking a long time to update me.
Kalev keychains are now being produced! He had no more edits, so it's just straight production from here :) Still waiting for an update on Moonless unfortunately.
However, now all pins are complete, and shipping to me soon, including cross-collab pins! For our next update I hope to have finished samples for at least Pocketcat, and professional looking pictures of the enamel pins.
Hi friends! It's been a bit since the last update, so here's May's update!
Unfortunately, things have been going way slower than I expected. Sample updates from the manufacturer are going way slower, with edits taking weeks. At this point I would expect fulfillment to be pushed back a bit as I first expected sampling to take 1-2 months.

Hello friends! Things are still chugging along, let’s make an update for what’s happened in the last month!
Plush Samples
Pocketcat is one update away from being perfected! We just need to change the orientation of his arms back to the original.
Kalev’s first sample is done. His full production has been paid for now, and we’re going to be making him brown. Otherwise, no more changes to the design.
Moonless is still… struggling, but she’s definitely getting there. I expect needing one more update to perfect the design. I’m going to change the mane colour to the same one used on her tail, make her teeth more rounded and change the body material so the paws aren’t as different.
Pins
The mini Moonless and Pocketcats are in full production and are being filled with colour.
The cross collab pins have finished colouring and sanding and are now waiting for electroplating!
Tariffs
As many people know, the USA currently has an 145% tariff on Chinese goods, which has been a problem for lots of creators I know. I’ve had a few people ask if it will affect this campaign - for now, the answer is no.
I’m based in the UK and my plushies are being sent from here, so there should be no tariff charged to any of you in the US. Currently UK goods are being charged at 10%, but your pledges come under the ‘de minimis’ exception which excludes goods under $800 from being tariffed.
I know this has caused a lot of anxiety for people, so I hope to assure you guys that as of now you won’t be affected. I’m keeping an eye on the situation and will keep you informed if there are any changes.

There's been almost a year of silence on this and their other projects, and only one Instagram post announcing they'd be at a convention.
I guess I'm just concerned about their well-being since their shop has disappeared and they said they'd be writing update posts.
