Our manufacturer just sent us the first sample photos for Clown Bear!! ✨ Just look at how cute our little bb came to life!! 🧸🎪 We’re absolutely in love with how the base plush turned out — the colors, the softness, the embroidered details… it’s exactly what we dreamed of! 🐻
🎩 The accessories are also shaping up well, just need some adjustments.
🧵 Now we’re working on some improvements to make it even cuter and closer to our design! 🎪🐻
Some of the major adjustments we're requesting:
A puffier and sturdier party hat, with a more structured cone and softer fabric with stripes (we're hoping for not printed!)
A scalloped, fluffy brim and a darker wine red pom-pom
A larger, ruffled red collar with longer-pile plush fabric and firmer structure so it keeps its wave shape
A teal bow instead of light blue (to match the teal stripe on the hat)
And the hat should be removable too
We also made some adjustments on Constellation Bear’s star – we asked to make the star bigger, rounder, and more plush-like, so it doesn’t look flat and sits better on the head. 🌟
And they made it!! Here is the result ⭐ We personally love it now~
And finally, 90’s Bear is currently still in the works – we’ll share photos as soon as the sample is ready! 📼🐻💿

If you haven’t submitted your survey yet, please do so as soon as possible! 🐻💌 We’re now finalizing item counts to place our orders with the manufacturers, and it’s crucial that we have everyone’s responses at this stage — surveys submitted too late may no longer be eligible for fulfillment. So please don’t wait! 🙏
💳 Payment issues – action needed! A few of the card charges we issued have failed — this sometimes happens due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or payment provider errors.
👉 If you received a failed payment notification, please update your payment method as soon as possible! You can do this directly via your BackerKit survey link.
⚠️ Please note: If the payment isn’t successfully processed, your pledge will be considered cancelled, meaning you won’t receive any rewards. 🧠🐻 Many Thoughts Bear plush unlocked!
We ended up giving a little more time than initially planned to make sure as many of you as possible could jump in before locking everything… and we’re really glad we did, because we reached a milestone we were secretly hoping for:
17 Many Thoughts Bear plushies have been ordered! While it didn’t quite hit the 25-unit goal, this bear is incredibly dear to us, and we truly want to bring them to life — so we’ve decided to consider them officially unlocked anyway! 🎉 This means Many Thoughts Bear plush is going into production, and we couldn’t be happier 💜
On the other hand, the 🧪🐻 Toxic Bear enamel pin, despite winning the last poll here on BK, only got 6 orders total, so unfortunately it won’t be produced. If you had it in your cart, you haven’t been charged for it Also, if Toxic Bear had been unlocked, we were going to reveal and add another Bear enamel pin to the post-campaign unlockables lineup before closing the surveys… but it wasn’t meant to be this time!
🧢🎀 Bonus accessory news! Even though they didn’t quite reach their initial 30-order goal, we’ve decided to unlock both the Indigo Bear Hoodie and the Red Ribbon accessories anyway as well — we’ll be covering the extra cost ourselves because we really loved the idea of getting them made 🥺💜 It’s always nice to have a little extra outfit option to swap with the base bear sweaters — and we figured Patchwork Bear, being our only completely nudie bear 👀, might appreciate some extra wardrobe choices too! hehe ✂️🧵✨ So if you ordered them: great news, you’re getting them! 🎉
💻 Pre-Order Store still open! If you missed the campaign or want to grab something extra, the Pre-Order Store is still open for a little while — at least until we move from pre-production to the juicy production stages 🧵🐾 So there’s still a chance to sneak in!

Meanwhile, we just heard from our manufacturer that the Constellation Bear plush sample is (finally 😭) almost ready — and they’ll be sending us photos and videos soon! We’re beyond curious to see how it turned out and can’t wait to share it with you all 🌟🐻 Fingers crossed it’s already as magical as we hoped! 👀💫

Hi everyone! Quick check-in: Production for Delibears is still ongoing. While there isn’t new confirmed progress to share just yet, work is continuing steadily behind the scenes across multiple stages.
Earlier challenges have had a longer ripple effect on timelines than we initially expected, and that impact is still influencing the overall pace now. At the same time, progress is happening step by step, even if it’s not always immediately visible from the outside.
Several phases are still ahead after production is fully completed — including manufacturer dispatch, transit to us, quality checks, counting, packing, and final shipment — and each of these takes time to complete properly. Still, things are moving forward steadily.
We’re also expecting to be able to share progress photos as soon as we receive them from the manufacturers, and we’ll do so once we have something concrete to show 😍
We’ll share another update in about a month, or sooner if something changes. Completing production and fulfillment is just as important to us as it is to you, as it allows us to move forward fully with each project.
✉️ A quick note on communication: we do read all comments and messages whenever we can, but we may not be able to reply to each one individually or in some cases responses may be selective, this is never meant to ignore or dismiss anyone. Also, many questions overlap or have been already answered in previous updates, and in some cases we’re still actively figuring things out. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support from the bottom of our hearts. This project (and all our other "pending" ones) still means a lot to us, always. And we’re committed to seeing through properly.
Since the majority of our ongoing campaigns are currently at a very similar production stage, you may see a very similar update shared across them. This simply reflects their shared status.

We know these waits are frustrating, and they’re just as challenging on our side — which is exactly why we’re doing everything we can to move things forward carefully and steadily.
We’re also sorry when too much time passes between updates. We’ll share another update in about a month, or sooner if something changes. If there are no major changes before then, our next check-in update will be around early April. If there are recent comments we haven’t replied to yet, we’ll get back to them as soon as possible where needed.
