We wanted to take a moment to update you on the current production situation. As many of you may know from other projects of ours, we’ve been facing quite a a lot of delays and slowdowns with our trusted manufacturer since the start of the year for all our productions. In an effort to speed things up, we decided to explore new options and get in touch to other manufacturers to help us move forward with all our projects on hold.
Unfortunately, our experience with the new manufacturer for Delidragons didn’t go as planned -at all. We were really looking forward to finish the production with them as they seemed to have a good reputation and nice quality. But suddenly they rep ended up ghosting us for some reasons... 😩
And this has really sent us back into a tough place, filling us with a lot of worry and frustration. We’re actually in a worse situation than before, facing even more delays and another production we’ve paid for out of our own pocket that seems unlikely to ever see the light as well... without even knowing a reason why from our manu! It honestly feels like this year has been challenging in so many ways (for those of you who have been following us, you know already about the personal struggles we’re facing too). Right now, we’re not sure where to find the strength to keep pushing forward or even just to stay afloat. We're here again sincerely apologizing to all of you, wonderful supporters, who have been so patient with us through all these ups and downs, during this long wait, despite all the troubles. You're our one and only support ♡
In the meantime, we reached out for a full refund through the platform where we ordered the pins production, and after a very very long wait and tons of back-and-forth messages, we finally received it. So, here we are, ready to start over with a different manufacturer... While it’s frustrating to be back at square one, we’re hopeful about what lies ahead now!
Thank you again for understanding and for choosing to support us! We’ll keep you posted on our progress as soon as we have (hopefully good) news ૮₍ ˵◕´ ヮ `◕˵ ₎ა♡ Can’t wait to share more updates soon!

As we wrote on another update: "we really wish we could keep you updated as often as we’d like, but it's hard - especially when there’s not much to share. Please know that even if we’re not communicating all the time, we’re working hard behind the scenes to keep all our projects moving forward, handle productions and fulfillments, and respond to your messages and comments.
It’s just two of us (who are also autistic and adhder) managing everything from our little room, along with our own life and work challenges. So we truly appreciate your kindness and patience, especially when our posts, updates and replies take a bit longer. We promise to always do our best.

Production is at its early stages~

In the meantime, just want to introduce you to our first Delidragon plush: Succulent dragon! He came out incredbly cute, we have no words to describe him 😭
(According to your votes in surveys' Poll) Next to be made most likely are: Constellation dragon, Froggy dragon, Skeleton dragon and all the Eggstone Drakes with their eggs, as mini plushies~ We're so excited!

We're thrilled to let you know that our surveys are completed and have finally gotten the green light – we started sending the Smoke Test out to a few of you! So be sure to check your inbox because you might be one of them~
Keeping our fingers crossed for everything going smoothly and without errors with the Smoke Test. If everything goes well, we'll be ready to send out the rest of the surveys to all backers right away – so please, if you didn't receive your survey yet, stay tuned!
We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for your incredible support and patience throughout this process. As always, we feel so lucky having such wonderful supporters~ We're deeply sorry for any delays and hiccups along the way. We already said this many times – but life is keeping throwing us many curveballs (to use an understatement)... things got quite crazy, and we faced some very unexpected difficult setbacks. Despite the challanges building surveys up, we kept working hard as much as we could to make sure the overall experience could be seamless!
We'll keep you in the loop with any news as soon as we have it~ So, keep an eye out for more exciting updates as we move forward as well as for new upcoming projects this year!
