It’s now the very beginning of 2026 (can you believe it?! 😭), and even if we don’t have any major updates to share just yet, we wanted to check in and let you know…

It’s now the very beginning of 2026 (can you believe it?! 😭), and even if we don’t have any major updates to share just yet, we wanted to check in and let you know…
💌 We’re still here. Still working. Still pushing through in the background — slowly but steadily.
We learned silence can feel a little discouraging sometimes. But behind the scenes, things are still moving — production, coordination with manufacturers, emails, logistics, packaging, follow-ups. The current work is very "invisible", but it’s all ongoing. We’re doing our best to move things forward, at the often awkward pace that small creators with no external help, like us, have to dance to. 🥺
We’re far from perfect — a little clumsy, a little chaotic… we stumble, we get overwhelmed, but we never stop trying.
We can’t wait for the day we get to share exciting news, tangible progress, or even the final fulfillment photos with you!! That moment is still coming — and we’re holding onto that light with all our hearts. 💜
In the meantime, thank you for sticking around, for being patient, and for still believing in this little dream of ours. REALLY.
We’re wishing you a 2026 filled with warmth, breakthroughs, self-kindness and color — and we truly hope that what we’re building here will add a tiny spark of that to your year, too, despite all. 🌟

This update is going out across all of our pending/open campaigns — because while each project is different and has its own timing/complexity, the heart and care behind them is the same. 💜
We know it’s taking way longer than expected. And we want you to know:
it’s in our own interest to fulfill as soon as possible, too.
Only once these campaigns are fulfilled we can bring the leftover products to our shop and actually earn something from them.
Crowdfunding doesn’t bring profits; it helps fund production, and sometimes we even have to add personal savings to cover unforeseen costs. 😣
So please rest assured: we want these campaigns to be finished, more than anyone.
We’re committed to making that happen, even if slowly — and we’re endlessly grateful for your trust, your patience, and your presence. 🎀

✅ DDP SHIPPING IS OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED!
We’re beyond relieved and excited to tell you that the DDP shipping method has finally been approved and activated for our account!! 🙌
This means we’ll be able to ship to the USA again, and also without unexpected fees or issues at delivery when the time will come for this campaign 🎉

Just a quick follow-up to our last post…
Finally things are moving again!!!! 💨
After weeks and weeks of more setbacks, stress, and silence… it finally feels like something is shifting again, and we’re SO happy to share some visible progress with you!
We received updated photos of the new Delidragons batch in production — and they are looking STUNNING!! 🥹😭💖
These pins are practically complete — they only need the final screen print layer, and they’ll be fully done! ✨
Seeing them like this gives us SO much hope and excitement again — we just had to share them with you right away.

📦 Shipping Update – USA & EU/ROW
A lot of you have been asking specific questions, so here’s where we’re at:
🇪🇺 EU + ROW – In theory, nothing has changed as of now.
Once all the rewards are fully produced and in our hands, they’ll be shipped out normally to Europe and the Rest of the World. ✌️
🇺🇸 USA – We’re still officially blocked from shipping, BUT... we finally (!!) signed all the documents with our courier to enable DDP shipping! 🎉
That means we might soon be able to ship to the US again without surprise customs fees.
Now we’re waiting for their final approval — fingers crossed 🤞 Everything should be okay, but nothing is ever guaranteed in this climate… so we’re hoping for the best!
Once all the rewards are fully produced and in our hands, they’ll be shipped out to the US as well — assuming the DDP will be activated by our courier and/or the situation with tariffs and shipping has cleared up by then. 🤞

🧠 About September – Why We’ve Been Quiet
Except for the last update we posted here in mid September, we then decided to take the entire month of September off from social media and public updates, because honestly… our batteries were completely empty. 🥺
Not just our creative battery — but our social and emotional capacity too.
We had nothing left to give, and we knew we had to step back to avoid burning out completely.

We kept working behind the scenes on technical and logistical matters — like negotiating with couriers, finalizing documents, and organizing upcoming shipments and production steps in this difficult situation.

We know that not replying to every message, comment, or email can feel like a letdown — and we hate still not being able to engage more.

This is something we’re actively working on, (and we were actually making progress before getting hit with yet another blow from Trump’s new tariffs, which brought a whole new set of problems to handle)

Everything we’ve started is still moving forward at its own pace — even if it’s happening more slowly and quietly behind the scenes, as we previously said. Some things are in production, others are simply waiting for the shipping situation to be resolved. But nothing has been forgotten or left behind. 🖤
If we ever go quiet, it’s never because we’ve disappeared — it just means we’re working quietly, or we’re recovering. But we’re still here. Always.

Project Update: Status Update: Still in Waiting Mode, But Pushing Forward— Small Progress Behind the Scenes

We wanted to share a small update, even if we still don’t have any major breakthrough to announce just yet.
We know it’s been 23 days since our last detailed post, and even though we’re still in this painful waiting mode, it felt important to check in.

🇺🇸 The US shipping block is still active
As of today, all shipping couriers have removed every DDU (unpaid customs) method to the US, which means we physically cannot ship anything there — not even if we wanted to. So we’re still unable to reopen our shops or campaign fulfillment for the US.
We’re waiting for updates from them, and in the meantime we’re actively discussing alternative solutions with several fulfillment centers to understand what options we may have. There are still many logistical and financial variables that need to align~
It’s a frustrating and delicate situation, with many moving pieces and still no clear answers yet.
The uncertainty is weighing on us heavily.
With our US audience making up the vast majority of our community, this standstill is slowly suffocating our ability to stay afloat.
Bills, rent, taxes, fixed costs — they keep coming, but we don’t have our usual flow of income to rely on.

🧠 Mental health, burnout & real-life struggles
We’ll be honest: this whole situation is taking a huge toll on our mental health and sense of direction.
We’ve been in survival mode for so long that even the idea of resting has started to feel like a luxury — and yet, our minds and bodies are asking (screaming?) for a real break.
We wanted to work on new digital content and launches during this period, and we still plan to… but right now, we’re simply exhausted.
We just hope we’ll be able to take a real break.
It’s hard to truly disconnect when your mind is racing, the pressure never stops, and even family dynamics at home keep us on edge 24/7 😅
We’re trying — but rest doesn’t come easy when you're this burned out.
That said, we’re taking small steps toward recovery.
We hope that, after a short but honest pause, we’ll return with more strength and clarity — and keep building what we love.
We know that talking about our personal situation, our burnout and mental health might feel heavy or “too much” for some — but we believe it’s important to be open about it. If we’re going to build something real, it has to include the reality of how hard things can also get.
These kind of struggles are real, and they affect so many people in silence. We choose to speak about them openly, because they matter — and because pretending everything is fine when it’s not, helps no one.

Now for some much-needed good news!!
A fresh new batch of Delidragons pins is well underway, and we’re thrilled to show you some of the latest production shots!
📸 In the photos below, you can see the raw metal molds for some of the upcoming designs — including a few crowd favorites. They already look adorable even in "silver" and unfilled! 🥹😆💖
The manu let us know that these photos were actually taken some time ago, and that the pins are already much further along now — almost at the screenprint phase!

Project Update: 🇺🇸📦 Important update for all our US backers/customers
We wish this wasn’t the update we had to write today, we're devastated. But sadly, like many other small businesses based outside the US, we’re being forced to temporarily suspend all shipments to the USA, effective immediately —until further notice.
This decision is not voluntary, nor temporary out of convenience. Due to new international trade restrictions, and following a formal notice from our shipping carrier, all DDU (unpaid customs) services to the U.S. have been suspended starting August 23, 2025.
This comes in response to the abolition of the de minimis import exemption pushed by the Trump administration, which will make every single international package — regardless of its value — subject to sudden and severe customs fees, often between $80 and $200.
Worse still, there’s no infrastructure in place for small businesses like ours to cover or pre-pay these fees the same and with DDU service removed by our courier, we physically cannot ship to the US for now — even if we wanted to.

But 2024… 2024 has been the hardest year of our lives.
We went through multiple heartbreaking losses, one after another.
Our 4 beloved companions got sick, one by one. We fought for them. We sacrificed sleep, comfort, and thousands in medical expenses to give them the best possible care — but we lost them anyway.
And with every loss, a piece of us broke too.
And at the same time, we were trying to keep our work alive.
If you've been following us for a while, you already know: the past two years have been incredibly hard and emotionally heavy.

A decision completely out of our hands — cutting us off from the country where most of our customers live.

We’ve always been transparent with you, and today is no different:
👉 This is not just a shipping issue. This is about our entire livelihood.
👉 Not just our work, but our ability to survive — to eat, to pay rent, to afford care for our last living animal still with us (only our bunny Mini-kun is left).
And it’s not something we can climb over with just more effort.
It’s out of our hands.

We want to be very clear about one thing:
This is not permanent. This is not “the end”, for now.
We are still committed to doing everything in our power to make all the rewards happen, and we hold on to hope that things will work out. For now, it’s a pause, not a goodbye.
We’re working on trying to find solutions — actively — and we are fully committed to bringing this project and all our creations to life as much as we possibly can, even if this adds to the already huge delays.
Here’s what we’re doing already:
🌀 We're exploring alternative routes (like DDP or intermediate delivery hubs, PO box reroutes)
🌀 We're planning to speak directly with US-based fulfillment centers/warehouses
🌀 And yes — we will continue the currently ongoing production wherever possible. We are fully committed to creating every single item we promised, even if shipping will be extremely delayed.
🌀 Additionally, any new campaigns we had in the works will now be postponed, suspended, or blocked for US backers until there is more clarity. This breaks our hearts, but it’s the only thing we can do
We know this might sound like a lot of uncertainty — but please know this:
💬 We are not giving up. Not on you. Not on what we built. Not on this dream.
And beyond the immediate crisis, here’s what we are planning for the future, in order to stay afloat and avoid complete shutdown:
- We may set up US-based print-on-demand options for some of our creations
- We’ll soon open digital versions of many of our works — from wallpapers to coloring pages to art printables
- We’re planning to reopen limited shipping for certain flat items like stickers or prints using flat mail (which seems to be exempt — for now)
- Most importantly: we’re also working on coloring books through Amazon’s direct print service. This is something we had already started developing, and now more than ever it feels like the right path — turning our art into something therapeutic and accessible worldwide.

We are a two-person, neurodivergent team. We work from a tiny room, trying to create beauty and connection despite the chaos around us.
And right now, we’re at risk of losing everything we’ve built — and everything we’ve survived to keep alive.
