For some reasons they really couldn't make it right and it took months and months of corrections and wait /ᐠ ╹ ㅅ ╹マ
FIRST SAMPLE
Wrong fabric (not canvas). Even if, aside from the colors, we'd actually like to make a plush bag one day!
OUR ADJUSTMENTS for manufacturer
SECOND SAMPLE
They tried to follow our adjustments instructions, but failed at it quite a lote. This time the canvas fabric was right, but the colors not yet. And don't let us talk of the awful colors for Bin xD
We finally have the Bin and Kiki plushies in our hands! It took quite a while, especially since they arrived via the slowest route possible, and Customs didn’t exactly rush through their checks. But they’re finally here!
This only regards Bin and Kiki. The other plushies are still in bulk production -except for Cupcakes which is still being fine-tuned, as already said.
We’re now starting to ship the pledges that include Bin and Kiki plushies only, and those that contain them plus other items that we've received (like keychains, stickers, and keystraps).
Today, we’ve started thr locking addresses process for those ready to ship pledges. It will close in less than 48 hours, so please double-check that your address is correct and up to date if you receive the locking address confirmation email. Also remind to check your Spam folder if you don't find it right away!

Has anyone else been charged for pre-order items? Bacjerkit attempted to charge my card for the Bin plushie, but I could have sworn that I already got charged for that way earlier, and there's no way to check the timeline of when charges are supposed to happen because the campaign and everything is closed and I can only check the survey, which doesn't include pre-ordered items. Has this happened to anyone else?
As we find ourselves in the closing days of 2024, we feel compelled to share an update about the ongoing pin production and the (already mentioned) myriad challenges that have accompanied it.
We deeply apologize for the lack of frequent updates. The truth is, there has been little to report. We'll say it again: we have been caught in a web of setbacks lasting months, primarily due to unforeseen issues with our long-trusted pin manufacturer. These delays have not only pushed timelines further away, but have also left us feeling adrift and anxious.
When we launched this campaign back in January, everything was all right in every aspect: we could scarcely have imagined the series of challenges that would have lie ahead. Our timelines were already only estimates, but hopeful and optimistic. And due to all the problems encountered, they have become even more uncertain —fragile and subject to the unpredictable nature of crowdfunding.
Communicating updates has become increasingly difficult when there is little (or nothing new) to share. As both AuDHDers, we are not natural communicators, yet we are committed to doing our best to keep you informed whenever possible.
We know that the journey has been tumultuous so far, and for many of you who may not have followed us directly, it might be hard to grasp the depths of what happened to us this year.
This year has tested us in ways we never anticipated. The weight of our personal and health struggles has been overwhelming, casting shadows over our ability to work consistently. As a small business operated by just two individuals, every task —from design to production management— falls squarely on our shoulders. This year, those very shoulders have felt the strain like never before. We even thought of quitting many times, cause we went under a period of immense frustration followed by a very intense depression. But, instead, we're still here.
To talk about the other campaigns we have launched in the meantimes, it's been naturally out of necessity: bills and taxes do not wait, even when our income does here in our Country. The pressure of financial obligations looms heavily over us, amplifying our sense of urgency during these already trying times. The work we could do on our end for this campaign has been already completed, and now there isn’t much more we can do except wait for the ongoing productions to be finished. And, of course, it feels unnecessary to emphasize this (but we will do it anyway) that we can't pressure the manufacturers to speed things up. In the past, when we tried that, it only resulted in rushed products of poor quality and incorrect quantities.
All we can do is still wait at the moment —wait for the finished products to arrive to us (i.e. some hoodies and joggers), and plushies + pins in the works to be actually completed, to finally see the other fruits of our labor.
To recap, we're currently waiting for: 1) Bin hoodies & joggers to arrive to us (27 boxes have been shipped from our manu and are currently on their -long- way to us) 🚚📦 2) Peanut hoodies & joggers are still in the bulk production phase 🪡🧵 3) All the pins are in the bulk production phase as well. 📍 4) Peanut, Nugget, Skunk plushies are in the bulk production phase too. 🪡🧵 5) Cupcake plush is still in the sample review phase: they really can't make it right (according to our tastes and needs) 😢 and they have a clogged queue in the samples making section, so things are taking a lot longer than usual. But we're committed to make it super cute the same in the end! 👀 6) Beanies are still in the sample review phase (another difficult one) 👀 7) Pin Banners are in the bulk production phase. 🪡🧵 8) Tote Bags are still in the sample making phase. 🪡🧵 9) All the other un-mentioned products are instead in our hands 🙌✨
Please understand that some products are very diffuclt to make and this is our first run for some of them: sometimes, communicating our specific needs and requests with manus is extremely hard and tricky: they don't always completely understand the exact result we want to obtain (especially when it is about details). Between our communications a lot of time often goes by and some mentioned things get lost. We personally always want to get the best result and quality possible according to our view -which can furtherly extend times.
At the moment we don't have any specific updated timeline to share as we don't know how much things will still take. We kindly ask for your patience as we navigate through these processes.
As we move into the new year, we hold onto hope that the completion will soon be a reality and that we can finally bring joy to you with our Bin Buddies creations, who have stood by us through thick and thin. Also because we have new exciting future plans for the bbs in this collection!

I bought the same as everyone else in february. I haven't seen an update about when we will be getting these and I keep seeing them post their new products instead.
Can we please get a real answer on when these are coming out?
