We’re back with another update from the enamel pin front — and yes, it’s more good news!
Our manufacturer has just sent over another big batch of production progress photos, and we’re so excited to share them with you all. Seeing so many Bin Buddies (and TrashBox) together (and in different stages of completion!) really fills our hearts. They're turning out so beautifully! Just the way we wanted, the quality is honestly amazing 🥹
From what we can see, more designs have moved forward significantly — some are already fully filled and polished, while others are still mid-process but looking great so far. It’s clear the factory is moving steadily, and it’s such a relief to see that progress is very much real and ongoing!
Actually — the majority of the pins are now just waiting for their final production stage: screen printing! Once that step is complete, they’ll go under some final touches like backing attachments and be ready to begin the quality check, and packing process.
You’ll notice a mix of colors, characters, and variations in these new photos — which is actually a great sign that they're juggling multiple designs at once and working through them in waves.
As always, we’ll keep monitoring everything closely and sharing updates as we get them!

We’re back with a fresh update to keep you in the loop on the status of all the items. Things are moving along, and here’s where we’re at:
🧷 Enamel Pins – In production 🛠️ They're currently being carefully crafted! While we still don’t have a specific timeline yet, we want to reassure you that production is underway and we're regularly checking in with the manufacturer to make sure everything is moving forward smoothly. As soon as we have solid dates, you’ll be the first to know!
👜 Tote Bags – In production 🛠️ Production is underway and everything’s going smoothly. These totes are going to be your new go-to bag, promise.
👚 Apparel -🧢 Beanies – In production 🛠️ Our cozy beanies are currently being stitched together. They didn't manage to make the patches/colors right the first time 🥲 Almost there now!
-🦝👖Bin Hoodies & Joggers – Arrived to us~Q. Check in progress 📝 YES! As previously announced, they are in our hands and looking incredible. Super soft and comfy, just how we like them. ✨ In the meantime, we’ve also been doing wear and wash tests, and we’re happy to report that they hold up beautifully as expected —super comfy and durable! We’re still working through quality checks and grading. There are a lot of them —packed in many large boxes with no clear external labels and not pre-sorted by the manufacturer, which is making the process extra tricky. Given our limited space, we can’t open and check everything at once, so it's a slow and physically exhausting task. That said, we’re doing our best to get through it all! 💪 If we find any pledges that include only apparel (or apparel + items we already have in hand), we’ll ship those out as soon as possible. So far, from our first review using the segments created in the Pledge Manager, it doesn’t look like there are any pledges that fit that combo, but we’ll keep checking as we go!
-🥜 Peanut Hoodies & Joggers – In transit 🚚📦 ~ These are still on their way to us. Shipping and Customs are taking a longer in the recent times, but so far everything is moving along smoothly.
🧸 Plushies – some Arrived, some Almost in transit 🚚📦 ~ Bin & Kiki – already arrived to us ✔ Peanut, Spike, Nugget & Cupcake – are about to be shipped and be on their way! We'll let you know when they’ll have officially left the factory and making their journey to us —please send them safe travel vibes. 💌
✨ Stickers – Arrived to us ✔ These little guys are safely in our hands for quite some time now, and looking adorable — they turned out so vibrant and cute~
🔑 Acrylic Keychains – Arrived to us ✔ Same as stickers. They're here and super cute! We’re honestly obsessed with how they turned out.
🧵 Embroidered Keytags – Arrived to us ✔ These came out so crisp! They really elevate the whole set, especially when paired with acrylic keychains, and we can’t wait for you to see them in person.
We already shared Bin&Kiki plushies, stickers, keychains and keytags photos with you earlier!
🎀 Pin Banners – (Just) Arrived to us ✔ They’re here and they’re so perfect! We love them so much 🥹 Soft, sturdy, and ready to hold your Bin Buddies pins in cuteness or to decorate your blank spaces —we'll share some photos asap!
📦 Shipping status: Based on this list, all the pledges that were shippable with the items currently in hand have already been successfully sent out! ✈️ If your reward tier/pleddge only includes products marked as (only) “Arrived to us ✔” in this list, you should either already have got a shipping notification —or your goodies might even be already in your hands / at your door! 📬🎉
We’re working hard to make sure everything else arrives safely and gets packed with love. Fullfilment will continue as soon as the remaining items get here, and we’ll keep you posted with updates along the way as much as we manage to~

We finally have some fresh news from the enamel pin side — and it's good news! Our manufacturer just sent over the first batch of production photos, and we couldn't be more excited to share them with you!
As you can see, pin production is actively underway!
Some designs are actually further along than others — but overall, we’re really happy (and honestly a bit emotional) to finally see our Bin Buddies slowly coming to life in shiny enamel form. Ahhh!
Of course, there's still more work to be done for some: enamel filling, baking, polishing, attaching the backings, quality checks, and so on — but now that we have this concrete confirmation of progress, we’re feeling really optimistic that things will keep moving forward without too many additional hiccups.
We’ll continue to monitor production closely and keep checking in with the manufacturer regularly. As soon as they wrap up this phase and start their QC (quality control), we’ll let you know!
Our Hopeful Timeline
It’s still too early to share an exact shipping date to us for the pins yet — but if production keeps up at a good pace from here, we’re really hoping they’ll be finished within the next couple of months, since they're a lot of designs. (Please cross your fingers with us!! 🤞)

Ahhh the plushie manufacturer is moving fast and strong now! They’ve officially wrapped up the full production—and they’ve already started the packing phase! Look at these cuties all piled up in the boxes, ready for their journey —some of them look hilariously squished in the boxes (esp. the doggo 😆) and it's quite funny~
They’ll be shipping them out to us this very week!
Since they’ll be coming by sea, we’re looking at around 55+ days in transit (give or take, depending also on Customs and shipping conditions). So yes, we’re back in “cross your fingers and send good vibes” territory. We’re especially hoping everything goes smoothly with Customs clearance, considering how unpredictable things have been lately with this kind of things for everyone 😭
We’ll keep you posted the moment they land in our hands btw!

We know it’s a lot to keep track of —plushies, pins, apparel, pin banners, etc —so we’re putting together another full, easy-to-read status overview post [updated] to show where every item is at in the pipeline (at the moment of writing). That’ll be coming your way very soon, so you can check exactly what stage everything is in currently. Stay tuned!
Pins Update (or lack thereof…)
Still no major news from the enamel pin side unfortunately... Trust us, we’re asking *often*. Production is reportedly still ongoing, but we haven’t gotten a new timeline from the manufacturer yet. We know it’s frustrating, and we completely agree. We’re continuing to follow up constantly — and the moment we have anything solid to share, you’ll be the first to know.
We’re Getting There!
It’s always a journey (with plenty of plot twists —lately mostly negative/challenging ones, unfortunately), but now we’re finally making real and good progress —especially seeing those plushies come to life and be finished has us super pumped 🥹 Every little milestone brings us closer to wrapping up the project and getting all the goodies into your hands!

We finally have some exciting news to share—our plushie manufacturer just sent us the first photos of the production process! They already look absolutely adorable 😭💕
They expect to finish the entire production within about a week. After that, they’ll begin the quality control phase, making sure every plush meets the standards. Then it’s onto packaging and shipping them out to us!
We’ll keep you updated as we get closer to receiving them. The transport might also take quite a while as it will most likely happen by sea 🚢 —we seriously can’t wait to hold these little cuties in our hands and get them ready for you!

It's not always easy to get updates from manufacturers.
We've been sending regular (and, let's be honest, pretty enthusiastic) requests for more photos or videos of the remaining steps —like remaining stuffing, stitching, a batch photo of other not-yet-photographed Bin Buddies all together... packing phase —but it’s never guaranteed that they’ll send any pics/message back. We’re trying our best though, and if they do share more visuals, you’ll be the first to see them!
Still Waiting on Pins… 📍
Now for the less fun part: the enamel pins are still in progress, but sadly, we don’t have any juicy updates from the pin manufacturer at this time 😩
We’ve been following up regularly, but they haven’t been able to provide a new speci ic timeline yet, and we know how frustrating this uncertainty can be. We’re doing everything we can to push for clarity and speed things along, but for now, all we can confirm is that production is ongoing and we must wait.
We’ll keep pressing and we'll do our best to update you as soon as we hear anything concrete. Thanks for bearing with us!

On a brighter note —we’ve already shipped out all the pledges that included only the items we’ve received so far! If your pledge didn’t include plushies, pins pin banners and apparel, your package is officially on its way/arrived!

Delays and unexpected slowdowns are, unfortunately, already always part of the reality of crowdfunding campaigns... in particular when working with multiple manufacturers for new/different types of items —especially for complex projects like this one (and during an already difficult period of our lives).
