Sadly, due to global shipping restrictions, ButlerAU enamel pins and acrylic charms by AnticiaJK will not be able to be shipped to the US. If you are a US resident and have this item in your pledge, we will have to remove it. (Anticia is also greatly saddened by this!)

As a reminder, payment will be charged on January 31st. Backers will still be able to make changes to their pledges in the Backer Survey after. Shipping will be charged separately after merch has been produced and is ready to ship out to Backers.

Backer Surveys will be sent out sometime in the next week or two via email, so be sure to check your inboxes and respond as soon as possible! In this survey, Backers will be able to select items included in their pledges, along with any additional add-ons, and also provide payment and shipping information. Backers can still edit their pledges before the lock-in date on February 22nd. The survey link should be sent to either your Backerkit account email or your Facebook email if you used that to log in. If you do not receive a Backer Survey link after February 14th, there should be a "Lost your survey?" link on the main campaign page for you to receive help from Backerkit support.

Due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now, shipping fees for this project will be calculated closer to the date of order fulfillment, after merch has been produced. We will continue to update Backers on production and shipping status via campaign updates (like this one!). About a week or two before orders are ready to be shipped, Backers will be notified about shipping costs, and the card on file in the Backer Survey will be charged.
