So here is the current plan: I am currently working on cleaning up files, adjusting the glitter on certain designs, etc so I can get a bunch of quotes from manus I am interested in working with sometime next week. Wolf Dynasty and I are ordering our pins together either way, so we'll see what kind of deal they can swing in order to get our business.
Quality and price are more of my priority than speed atm since the goal was to make as many of the requests from discord as possible. Either way, this project ends right before we go to Anime Fargo next week. Anything we can't swing with the updated quotes will be up for a preorder.

I believe there are 28 unique UNLOCKED designs in the campaign.. (3 corgis that I just never posted but these are for my loyal corgi fans), 4 digimon, 3 neopets and the rest are all pokemon.
I'm getting my spreadsheet together either way for the things I've double/tripled checked already so I know exactly which designs I have 100% ready. I absolutely started giving the shiny versions different backstamps & added glitter to the pastel Bori since I added that very last minute.

Please contact me on discord or via email and let me know which designs you're after in advance so I can make sure that I count you when I am preparing to place the order. This matters because if there are designs NO ONE PICKS, those designs will NOT be produced at all.
I would hate for you to have backed this, get to the point of the survey and the design you were wanting never got made because I went off surveys that did not do pay over time.

I don't know what direction I want to go with this year so I do plan to play with it some. Buster is also usually blue but I may do teal for him since Murphy will be a purple zombie and normally he's red for his colors. Either way I need to think about it some still. Also don't have a background plan just yet.
I want to add a little string and attachment but maybe that's something people can add on their own if they want.
I'll update again once I really determine what direction I am going with this.
Did you guys want me to add the other pins as add-ons at all? I didn't have a ton left from the last backerkit but I can throw them on in limited quantities for those interested.
So instead of using my normal backerkit manu, I will be using my monthly pin release manu for this I think.
That also means I have to probably spend way more effort correcting colors, but otherwise it reduces my costs substantially.
My usual crowdfunding manufacturer did these for example, but costs substantially more. Like every designs costs between $6 and $15 a pin kinda expensive (my cost).
The manufacturer I am switching to for this project made the wizard corgis for Pintopia project in 2024 & some random ghosts back in.. idk what year those were. Maybe 2022/2023 + all my monthly releases just because they are faster. Pins used to have a turn around time of like 15-45 days and that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.
They are both good quality but the manufacturer I am going to be using instead just requires what I consider substantial checking up on. So I do pay for the cost difference by spending way more time double and triple checking things.
I just have to ask for pics next to pantone books and make adjustments a LOT more which is why they are not my favorite to use lol. I can usually pick a different color when they mess something up but yeah. You can see here I had to make them redo the screenprint since they are just.. not the best at matching colors and require some correction usually.
I don't have any cons after Anime Fargo, so I can just stay up late and pray my daughter actually wakes up at 6am like she needs to otherwise I'm gonna just have a rough time working on these corrections. :D
I will be getting some other quotes as well with trusted manufacturers I have used in the past or my friends have just in case I can find more wiggle room to add even more designs to production. Since Wolf Dynasty and I are ordering our pins together, we'll already be saving on shipping that way being able to split that cost.
Anyways, figured I'd update you guys on what I have been kind of working on. I won't be able to get more exact quotes until I know how many of anything even needs to be made, but I have a basic idea of what I need to earn from the project at the bare minimum using .. a manu I like but is like pulling teeth to deal with sometimes lol.
Some designs may get no backers and won't need to be produced. So I will make a final decision later based on how much was raised + flexibility I have with what designs do actually need to be produced.
Anyways, hopefully this is good news for everyone since that means more people will get what they want. It's a little more work on my end but seeing these in peoples bags and on boards is worth it imo. <3
I didn't spend a lot of time on these bc I should be doing other things but I wanted to quick sketch them while I was just wanting to focus on something else quickly.
I am reducing my project buffer to unlock the eeveelutions. I have two conventions this month (Furry Migration & Anime Fargo) so that should cover me making that decision. :D
If the con goes well, I may unlock more stuff next week if it's not unlocked already. <3 I know one of the pledges was fake ($495) so the project is technically less funded than it appears to be but Backerkit hasn't removed it yet (they have been emailed already).
I will be adding more sticker add-ons when I get a chance. I have to get packed for my event this weekend though, so if I am a bit quiet, that is why.
