still not received my book/mimic

Received a message in Nov that my items are being shipped. Nothing has arrive and when I look up the tracking number the site states the tracking number 'is not found'. What is going on?

Battlezoo Ancestries December digital update

the link in the email "Battlezoo Ancestries Year of Legends 5E PDFs - December 2024 v1.zip (261.21 MB)" links to a files with that name but only 249MB in size. The included changefile says: • Arboreals 5E PDF v1, initial release. • Devils 5E PDF v2, initial release. BUT only the Devils are included - no Arboreals present....
