Are the cards replayable?

Yes! You don't have to write on the card if you want to pass it along. There are no puzzles that require destroying any elements of the card.

What if I'm stuck on a puzzle?

There is a smart hint system available online, you will find a link on the back of your card.

Are these cards a good fit for me?

It's a great fit for anyone who enjoys cheerful holiday spirit and clever puzzles. You don't need a lot of experience with escape rooms and puzzle games to play these cards but it will definitely help. We successfully playtested with both beginners and enthusiasts.

Do all these work as traditional cards?

Absolutely. Each greeting card or postcard has a designated space for your message inside, so you can include your holiday wishes and sign it. The postcards also have space for a mailing stamp. It's both functional AND fun!

How many people can play?

The cards can be played solo or cooperatively, and as with all things Christmas, you’ll probably get the most out of them if you sit around with your loved ones and solve them together.

Are the cards kid-friendly?

All cards are very family-friendly! However, the puzzles are quite devious, be prepared! Our playtest showed that CLAWY CHRISTMAS is the most appropriate for a particularly smart child, with the help of an adult and online hints. All postcards, except the "Christmas in Tune" are also a good fit for a clever puzzle-loving kid.

Where and when will you ship?

We ship internationally, from our HQ in Quebec, Canada. Our products are fully CUSMA-compliant, which means no extra tariffs or import fees between Canada and the U.S. Plus, we will ship immediately after this holiday market pop-up. Hassle-free and with plenty of time to receive the cards well before Christmas!

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

After the project concludes, cancellations or changes won't be possible due to the fact that we will be collecting the addresses and shipping the cards immediately. It is necessary to ensure that all backers get their cards in time for the holidays. Unfortunately, that means that we won't be able to accept refunds at this time.
