It gets complicated because you already paid for shipping for the JCE, and mixing the orders, especially if a lot of people want to do that, gets very complicated from a fulfillment service perspective. I do appreciate the flexibility, but there are several reasons why it might not be feasible. I am open to discussion, however.
If it was only going to delay shipment by a month or so, I'd (ireland) be happy for the jump-start and hardback orders to be combined
