After the campaign is over all Backers will receive a Survey where they will be able to let me know what apparel they want, the sizes they need, and include their shipping addresses. Backers will be able to pay for the shipping costs via Survey as well as add on any additional items they want last minute!!

Yes the shirts and hoodies are all unisex sizing and fitting!! The measurements in the size charts are in inches.

My t-shirts are 100% cotton and my hoodies are a French Terry fabric (280 grams of French Terry with a composition of 85% cotton, 15% polyester)!! Regular wash and dry is fine with the apparel.

If you've received your apparel Rewards and they are the wrong size please email me at [email protected]. I won't be able to do any refunds but if you'd like to exchange your clothes for a different size we can do that! The clothes must be unworn and clean before shipping back to me. Once I receive the clothes I can go ahead and send you the correct sizes in the mail. You will receive a tracking number and I will expect to be notified when you've got them in the mail, thank you!

The Servalsurf Apparel Collection BackerKit project is set to launch late January 2025 and end late February 2025. Production for the clothes will take 20-26 business days and shipping should take approximately 18-24 business days. Backer's Rewards should start shipping June 2025. If there are any delays with production, shipping, etc. I will update everyone on BackerKit!!

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
