You are now 17 months past fulfilment You have constantly ignored backers You have repeatedly extended, and then missed deadlines Your updates have been ludicrously light on detail and sought to obfuscate rather than clarify You have multiple unfulfilled projects and moved platforms which lends to the question as to why. You claim to be conversant with backerkit policy and advice but clearly aren't. You have been asked to update backers time and time again but just refuse to do so saying there is nothing to update lending to the question as to why is there nothing to update and what have you been doing to advance overdue projects. Your company's reputation is declining You clearly don't care UPDATE US NOW. MEANINGFUL. FULLY TRANSPARENT. CLEAR REASONING. HARD DEADLINES.

Getting this book shipped and out the door should not be that difficult for Shadowlands Games, and yet somehow Raven Distribution got a licence for this campaign, managed to translate it into Italian, AND managed to get it printed AND shipped to customers whilst Shadowlands are failing to get things done.

I've been getting emails from DHL about needing to pay customs of about $28 Canadian. Of course, like all shipping companies they don't list what the item is our who is from. All in getting is the name "JUEGOS DE MESA Y ROL SL". Is that THIS crowding funding? And if it is, should I be needing to pay these fees?

Just for the sake of my own sanity, I wanted to go back and see what the original deadlines were for this project. **Original Promises:** When the campaign finished funding in May, we were told that the Spanish version of the text was complete, the only thing left to do were translations, and that the books would be printed and shipped in December 2024. **September '24 Update:** We're told that there have been delays due to translation complications. We're given no suggestion for when the book will be printed and shipped. **October '24 Update:** Late pledges still open! But Hurry Up because production is about to begin. (it wasn't) **November '24 Update:** We're told that the Spanish version is complete but that translation and proofreading of the English version is still underway. The new shipping expectation is Jan/Feb 2025. **December '24 Update:** The English version of the adventure pdf is released to backers (some content is still missing but w/e) **February '25 Update:** There's another 'small' delay with translations and corrections that affected the estimated start of production but 'there is no need to worry' **April '25 Update:** The production process and translations have taken 'longer than expected'. Shadowlands promises that in two or three weeks everything will be sent to the printer. They also promise that updates about production will come every 4-6 weeks. **July '25 Update:** We're told that Shadowlands are in discussions with the printer. **October '25 Update:** We're told 'printing will start in the coming weeks' and 'distribution hubs are expecting to receive everything in December'. The new expectation is that products will arrive by Jan/Feb of 2026. **Also October:** We're told that Shadowlands are requesting proofs and photos from the printer that can be shared with backers. **November '25 Update:** We're told they're locking in our addresses so they can't be changed (suspiciously, you can still late pledge, which doesn't suggest things are locked in). The new estimate is that our products should show up Feb/March. **February '26 Update:** This was last week as of posting. We're told that it is the printers fault for yet ANOTHER delay. The new estimate is that books will begin to be shipped out April/May. I mainly want to call attention to three aspects: Firstly, throughout this entire fiasco we were bombarded with adverts for Trickerion, Howl of the Chimeras, Call of the Sea, etc. Secondly, we were promised significant improvements in communcation that we do not get (in April we were promised 4-6 week updates and that was never even attempted) and every time a deadline passes by there's a flutter of angry posts before Shadowlands attempts to quiet things down with a new update. Thirdly, Shadowlands said they were going to get proofs from the printer and post pictures and they didn't even do that. We have no proof that they've done their due diligance to make sure that the quality of the books are what they initially promised. I don't think Shadowlands wants to get a reputation as a company that doesn't deliver products, but that's what people are left to believe since we're 18 months out from the original crowdfunding campaign and they still haven't managed to deliver any physical items.
