Just asking a question here. Your printer presumably gave you a date, when the final product was submitted to them initially. They blew past that, and if they HAVE given you subsequent estimates they’ve blown past those as well. These delays are causing significant harm to your companies reputation, and I imagine you’re as upset with them as some people here are at you. This being said, has your printer offered you any sort of rebate or price cut due to their inability to manage workload and provide reasonable estimations of completion? If so, will those rebates be passed on to those of us who are still sitting patiently and waiting for the product we paid for? What about business insurance? Do you have a policy that covers monetary losses that are outside of your control? It feels like to me, if the printer is at fault, than you shouldn’t be left holding the bag.
