I had so much fun producing the first volume of Shuttered Stanzas alongside my brother last year that I decided we needed to make this an annual project. So, drumroll, I present to you: Shuttered Stanzas Vol II
Since volume two, I've gone on so many adventures and I've documented them all to share in volume two. I'm very excited to share my adventures with you. This year, we decided to challenge ourselves by sticking to a theme. So Shuttered Stanzas Vol II is all about windows and reflections. This book is a study on how far we can stretch and how many times we can reimagine that theme. We had a lot of fun with it, and I hope you enjoy it, too!
Shuttered Stanzas is a collaborative art book and poetry collection, featuring nature photography (by me!) and a collection of sonnets written by my brother (hi, Jordaan!). This year's theme is windows.

Shuttered Stanzas has become a really great way for me to collect and share the photographs I've taken each year. 32 pages really isn't enough space to share all the work I've done! So let's work together to make space for more photos!
Every $150 benchmark after the base goal will extend the book by four pages, meaning four additional photos and two additional sonnets.

All orders are shipped through USPS and come with tracking. International backers are responsible for their own country's VAT or import taxes/fees. Due to new GDPR rules, we're currently unable to ship to countries within the EU. Sorry!
When shipping internationally we will make every effort to properly fill out customs forms. We will abide by your country's customs and shipping laws, which means we will denote the package value as the cost of your order, and mark it as merchandise. We are not responsible if your country holds your package and requires extra payment to release it.
