Shipping mostly done!
Hello!
- All digital rewards have been sent. I used Backerkit's Digital Fulfillment. To access them, check your survey section for this project and you should see them listed. If you haven't received yours or if one is missing, please email me at [email protected] with BACKERKIT DIGITAL REWARD MISSING in the subject line. Make sure you use the email associated with Backerkit and let me know what title is missing.
- Print rewards are almost complete. See below.
- A couple of people still haven't filled in their addresses. Please do so!
Okay, so six boxes go out Monday, maybe more if I can get them ready Sunday afternoon.
After those go out, I'm down to four or five shipments to send out. I need to get a couple of larger boxes, because some of you guys ordered all the books, the grab bag and the blind date...I wasn't expecting that. That's part of the hold-up.
The other part - I'm having a major flare-up with my chronic pain so I'm having a hard time getting moving and I'm sleeping far more than normal because pain is fricking exhausting. But I hope to have the last couple of boxes out of the house by Wednesday!

What's next:
What's next:
- Cards are charged - expect that to happen tomorrow.
- Once charges go through, I'll start packing up and preparing the shipments. This should happen over the next week.
- Pledge Manager will be sent out. Respond promptly!
- Cards will be charged for shipping - I plan on getting this done once books are packed and ready to weigh in prep for shipping, anticipate that being early next week.
- Items are mailed out. Early to middle of next week.
- Downloads - Already queued up and will be sent out once cards are successfully charged

1. Shopping from indie creators provides support to said creators, enabling them to continue producing the unique products that has already caught your interest (otherwise, you wouldn't be reading this!)
2. Buying directly from indie creators versus big box stores puts the majority of the control and cash into the pockets of the creators, rather than an anonymous multi-million dollar company.
3. The market offers unique gifts you aren't likely to find via the big box stores - plushies & enamel pins, dragon charms & stickers, trading cards and comics, and, of course, book boxes & swag bags... from me, Mercedes Lackey and more.
4. You're helping keep creativity alive - Backerkit doesn't allow AI-created campaigns on their platform so every artist in the market created their projects without AI. AI is proving to be a threat to the creative industry and supporting human-only creative projects is a counter to that threat.
5. Last but not least! I have a campaign credit 'sale' running - and if you've already backed, it will still apply!
