The toymaker moved gracefully the needle, in and out, up and down, as she sewed the tail into the toy. She had been working on it all day.
"The toy I want does not exist", her young client had said the day before. "I want something fluffy and long, with many, many legs."
She had gone to the bed that night thinking about it. Could not really sleep. "Does not exist". She would make it exist.
Hi! We are ShyFinnGames, a small family boardgame studio from Finland. Fluffypede Pin Collection is a collection of pins (surprise!) of characters from our game Fluffypede.
Our art is made by Anna, (Ansa-art), who has prepared special versions of the Fluffypedes to become pins. We hope you like them!
Pins are hard enamel, on shiny black iron. Around 3 to 4cm (~1.25 to 1.5 inches) long. All of them with rubber butterfly clutch. Some details are screen printed. Designs may still vary slightly.
For this year's Pintopia, they've added what are called Banners. A Banner is a subsection of projects that fall under a certain theme, in this case, Spooky Pastel! Back 3+ Spooky Pastel projects and get a FREE sticker sheet from each backed campaign.

We are based in Finland, and rewards will be delivered from Europe. Shipping costs, because of the worldwide situation, are very high right now. For the US, we have a partner that we will be working with during fulfilment to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Depending on the numbers of orders from different countries/areas, we may be able to lower the shipping costs a bit. Below you can see the current estimates for an average order of 3 pins and some freebies. The volume of the pledge and number of add-ons may affect slightly the shipping cost.
Shipping will be calculated and collected later, after you provide an address, and shortly before shipping begins.
Before, during and after this campaign, we are actively searching for shipping partners and options to improve the shipping costs. We will try our best to keep this table up-to-date.
A couple of weeks after the campaign ends, we will send pledge manager surveys. There you will be able to pick what pins you want for your pledge and addons, give your shipping address and pay the shipping costs. We will keep the surveys open for about 2 weeks.
Then, around end of March we will start the production of the pins. It takes roughly between 4 and 6 weeks for us to be able to send them over after that, if everything goes as planned.
When you dream big, something is going to happen. Something moves the universe towards the goals. The only thing you need to know is what u want.
Ansa-art was born when the world pushed me to a different path. I have always loved art, drawing, painting, but never ever in my mind I thought that art would be my living someday... Being a mother of two small, amazing kids means balancing with work and mamaduties, but it's all worth it.
My ADHD mind wonders and always thinks new ways to try out new things... That's how I end up with Shyfinngames and Fluffypede. My very first digital art project. I literally started from zero. Got a drawing table and started learning. And here we are... Over a year later… What a journey it has been. All the ups and downs.
I really hope that my vision and humor comes through the art. This is really me. Still, everything is teamwork and Fluffypede wouldn't be this way without the people that cared enough to give us feedback and also our team that kick each other's butts.

The first rays of morning light peeked through the workshop's window. The toymaker lay down the needle on the table, and hold up the finished toy. It was so long that, even with her arms fully extended up, the tail still touched the ground. She had used pieces from many different toys, but no one would be able to tell looking at the end result.
The next day the young client was there again. "Your toy exists." she said as she handed the long plushie to him. He was barely able to hold it.
"What is this?" the young client asked, as he looked up and down the toy with sparkling eyes.
"Well, that is..." - she pondered for a few seconds - "...a Fluffypede."
"A Fluffypede..." - he muttered - "I like it!"
The toymaker watched the young client left with his newfound plushie. "A work well done", she thought to herself, looking at her creation as it crossed the door into the outer world. She waved to them. For a brief moment, she was sure that the Fluffypede waved back.
