I know there was some concern because while we're moving platforms and have canceled this particular campaign, your pledges don't seem to have been canceled.

We emailed the team here and Alex Gair, the Backerkit Sales Manager, had this to say:

It sounds like the pledge is stored in the backer's account and they will see it as a pledge they have made, but since the campaign was canceled, it will show up as something they pledged to but won't be charged/completed.

Our campaign has been canceled, and your pledges will not be charged. If you have any concerns about this, feel free to reach out to support here for extra confirmation.
