I want to personally thank everyone who backed the project today. As of this first update, we have funded the first set - Nub Club. In my professional plushie opinion, that's amazing first day progress!!!

We still have three weeks to work on fundraising the next four pin sets: Fluffy Bugs, Dino Dogs, Fuzzy Fawns, Cozy Cubs, and some other secret hidden goals. That is more than enough time.

I know a lot of backers have come from our collab partner's project Rain Beanies. I want to welcome you to our little community and thank you for exploring new projects. Hello!! Welcome to Snoozelings!!!

As mentioned in our project, all enamel pins come with a free matching code for an in game item. This includes your Dash/Taffy mystery pin from backing both projects. Here is a sneak peak of those items.

As promised, we will be going into depth about a single aspect of the game each day. This will help teach new players about Snoozelings while offering some fun insight to already experienced players.

Today we are talking about the main species: Snoozelings.

Snoozelings are plush-like magical creatures that are alive thanks to the special bond between them and dreamers (our playerbase). It's the positive energy we create when we show kindness (to others and ourselves) that helps to bring them alive. With this energy, they love to play and gather hoards of materials.

Thanks to this love, they do not need to eat or sleep. Instead, they can spend their nights cuddled up against your side protecting you from bad dreams while keeping you warm.

Because Snoozelings are plushies, they are sexless. Though they are able to express their gender in many different ways and pick from a wide array of pronouns. Very often they love to match their dreamer's pronouns since they share such a close bond, but this isn't always the case.

Snoozelings are very varied creatures with millions of possibilities. At this time of writing, there are currently:

This doesn't even include the wide vary of clothing each snoozeling can wear. With hundreds of clothing items (if we include clothing dyes), the possibilities of their unique expressions are endless.

Thanks to the suggestion of a few backers, I have added a new Pledge Level called "Couple Collector" which includes two random blind bag pins from sets of your choice.

I also believe you are able to upgrade your pledge once the campaign ends. Upgrades and post campaign pledges in our Backerkit store might just be enough to unlock the remaining pins.

To New Backers [Snoozelings Blind Bag Pins] - This is a big update. Please read the entire update. We've adjusted the totals for the stretch goals, added a new stretch goal, and have a handful of new Add Ons available.

As mentioned in the previous update, we have been doing calculations to attempt to lower our financial stretch goals as much as possible. This is because we want to  fund as many pins as possible during the campaign.

After heavy calculations, we have found some areas where we can reduce the funding needed. I do want to mention that we are not lowering the quality of the pins in anyway by doing this.

Instead, we have cut down heavily by simplifying the packaging we will be using. We have also spoken to another factory I have worked with in the past and they were able to cut costs slightly. Because I have worked with them in the past, I know they are able to keep quality while having lower costs.

The Rain Beanies set - if unlocked - will be the 6th selectable pin set. It already includes Dash and Taffy who is our cross collaboration goal. If you are backing Rain Beanies, you recieve one of these two pins at random.

If we reach this tier, we will be adding three new characters: Ruby, Beans, and Sprinkles. These cannot be gained through the free collaboration pin and - if unlocked - will be an additional set for pin tiers only. If selected, you may receive any five of the Rain Beanies pins.
