As you may already know, the situation regarding shipments to the United States—and to America in general—has been critical since the Trump administration changed customs tariffs in August (click here for more informations).
Until a few weeks ago, it was completely impossible to ship to America, but at the moment the situation seems to be resolving itself.
We have personally carried out tests with UPS, and the packages have arrived, apparently without additional costs.
Unfortunately, however, we are not in a position to guarantee that additional costs will not be charged to the user at a later date.
The situation is far from stable, and at the time of ordering, the customer assumes all responsibility for payment for the extra handling of the order.
We apologize for this situation, which is beyond our control.
TIMELINE
December 1st Closing of the event and order billing. Opening of the Pledge Manager and sending of the survey for the shipping address. > ATTENTION! < If you do not enter your address and pay the shipping fee, we will not be able to ship your game on time!
December 2-5 Placing orders through our fulfillment center. Order preparation takes 1 or 2 business days.
From December 8 onwards Shipments are being dispatched. Please check the “DELIVERY TIMES” section below to calculate the approximate arrival date of your package.
DELIVERY TIMES
Approximately 3 days in Italy (Amazon Shipping courier).
Approximately 3-7 days in EU, America and Oceania (UPS courier).
Approximately 5-12 days in UK and Asia (Spring / PostNL courier).
Between 1 and 4 weeks for the rest of the world (various couriers + local postal services).
All shipments are tracked. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that shipments will arrive before Christmas. Please also reads our Terms & Condition regarding the receipt of shipments (below).
VAT & TAXES
Our fulfillment center is in Italy, part of the European Union. European backers will not pay additional Custom taxes.
We are committed to offer you the best shipping fees possible, but depending on your location, local duty and taxes may still apply to your imported package, beyond our control.
By participating in this campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale.
Package damaged on delivery Always check the condition of the package when you receive it - and refuse to accept it if damaged! If you accept the delivery, we will no longer be liable for the damage. In other words: have you (or someone on your behalf) accepted the parcel? In that case, you have accepted its present condition. It will be difficult (or impossible) to get a refund from the shipping company for damages you have identified later on, such as scratches, tears or marks.
Missing or damaged parts If you find that there are items missing and/or damaged after you receive your order, please contact us at [email protected], attaching photos of the damaged goods within 7 (seven) days. We will do everything we can to solve the situation as better and as soon as possible. However, if the damage was caused during shipment, claims must be submitted to the shipping company within 7 days of receiving the package, or we will not be able to guarantee replacement. Minor cosmetic damage may not qualify for free replacement.
Undelivered Items After the end of the campaign you will receive updates about the progress of the shipping, including a limit date for the reception of the game. If you will not receive your package before that date, please contact us at [email protected]. We will examine the requests and - at our own unchallengeable discretion - will provide a new shipment. Please note that if a package is not delivered due to an error in information provided by the backer (wrong address, unclaimed package, etc.), the backer may be requested to pay additional shipping fees (even different from the estimates on this campaign) for the package to being shipped again.
Refund Policy We generally do not offer refunds unless we are completely unable to deliver the project. We will not offer refunds for delays in delivery or changes/adjustments to the game's components, layout, etc. or for damaged components that can be replaced. We will examine all refund requests individually and, at our own unchallengeable discretion, will only refund those that we feel are justified.
