I just got the new Lesbians in Space stickers, keychains, and pins from the amazing Geek Girl Stuff this weekend, and I'm busy getting everything sorted and ready to mail out!
- If you only got things that go in an envelope (oracle cards, stickers) then your envelope is going out this week to domestic US and international. - If you only got physical goodies (cards, stickers, keychains, pins, posters, or T-shirts) and released books, those are also going out this week to domestic US and international. - If you got goodies but also got the Lesbians in Space paperback or hardback and are domestic US, then I will also be shipping out your goodies now and Lesbians in Space when it releases. - If you got goodies not in an envelope and the Lesbians in Space paperback or hardback and are NOT domestic US, then I will be shipping out your entire package when Lesbians in Space releases in June 2025 (sorry, international shipping is very expensive!)

Keep striving to put magic out in the world, you all. We need it now more than ever.

But I've got enough information and ordered all the "extra bits" (i.e. not the book) from the campaign, so your stickers, keychains, extra books, T-shirts, and so on will be coming soon. If you ordered other Space Wizard books and charms, I should be shipping those out in a few weeks! Remember, the actual Lesbians in Space Anthology will be releasing around June 2025.

Once I lock the surveys, that means I can get final numbers on all the books and goodies ordered, and start shipping some of the parts not dependent on the Lesbians in Space Anthology (which is releasing June 2025).
We're getting some great stories in already, so if you're planning on submitting to the anthology, remember, you have until midnight on December 31st, 2024 to send it in!

I just wanted to say thank you to the 87% of you who have already filled out your survey! Great job! That really helps me with figuring out what books and swag to order so I can get it to you as soon as possible. Even though the Lesbians in Space anthology isn't coming out until June 2025, I'm going to try to ship out the other books you've ordered from Space Wizard before then, as long as they're out!
So, for the 13% remaining, you know what that means! Please fill out your survey as soon as possible. I'm hoping to start locking down the orders around the end of October, and charge cards for any addons you've purchased. There are also a few failed charges, and that's the point where BackerKit will be trying your card again. So if you had a failed charge, please update your card before then! Or contact me if there's an extenuating circumstance and we can figure it out...
We've got some amazing stories coming in for the anthology already, but we want more! Remember, you have until December 31, 2024 to get those stories in, and we're looking forward to them! There's room for all sorts of sapphic stories in this anthology, so don't fall into a self-selecting bias! Polish that story up and send it in. We want to see your amazing Lesbians in Space adventure!

My surveys are created and approved by the BackerKit folks. I just sent out the smoke test, which goes to 5% of the backers. If you get one of these surveys, fill it out! That will help test out the system to make sure I didn't miss anything. If all looks good, in a couple days I'll send out the rest of the surveys.
Even though Lesbians in Space doesn't come out until next year, when you get your survey please fill it out soon as you can, especially if you're getting other Space Wizard books. This will help me determine the correct volumes to order, and I can ship out (or send eBooks of) any books that are currently released! So the sooner you pick your books and extra swag, the sooner they get to you!
Finally, there are about 12 of you with failed payments for the campaign. BackerKit will continue to try your card, but if you need to update it, just go in and do it, and they'll charge the card immediately. If you have other issues with it, reach out to BackerKit or to me and we can work with you on it.
