Like other crowdfunding campaigns, the funds from this project will go to funding the production of the enamel pins. This means, I cannot begin production until I can pay manufacturers. I usually recieve funds about 2 weeks after a project finishes, so production will begin mid-late December. It may be early January however because of holidays interfering. From there, manufactering takes about 2 months. Once they arrive in my house estimated around March-April, then your can expect your enamel pins to begin being shipped to you. 💙

After the campaign has ended you should be able to manually edit your address on your survey until I lock them. Once I lock them, if you need to change it, you can contact me at [email protected] or DM me here on Backerkit and I can update your address for you or unlock your survey. :)

During the campaign being live, you can pick a reward tier where you will select how many enamel pins you want to get for your reward. Once the campaign is OVER, you will get a survey in your email where you tell me what pins you want to get and quantity for the reward tier you have selected. Example: If you pick a 3 pin reward tier, then you can choose any three pins from the unlocked enamel pins.

The biggest risk are delays because of current conditions of world trading. It is very volatile at the moment. There is a trade war going on, and the new policies on tariffs change unpredictably. However, if that happens I can promise you your enamel pins will get to you, it just might take a little longer.

Then it probably got lost in the mail. This happens sometime, and there's no way of me to know unless you contact me. If you suspect your package fell out into the void, contact me at [email protected] and I can send you a new package with your enamel pins inside. :)

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
