We are charging cards shortly, a few notes on that:
- Reminder that shipping will be calculated and charged separately, at a later date. This is to account for the unstable state of international taxes and shipping costs.
- For countries outside the US and Canada that have a VAT or import tax, you will see a line for the VAT collected; if you live in a country with a reduced rate for books, you will also see a "complimentary credit"; this is to correct the VAT collected through the BackerKit system (which doesn't allow us to set different rates for books vs other items).
Digital rewards
- Once we charge cards, we will send digital rewards. These will come first from Backerkit, and then to Itch.io and DriveThruRPG once we set those pages up.
- We are still working on the Radiohead Spaceship Pack, and will send that out separately once it is ready.

Project Update: Pre-orders closing tomorrow, last chance for limited edition hardcover
Hi all,
Printing of the Encounter Cards is underway and we are itching to start production of the physical book (hopefully by the end of this week).
That means we will be closing the pre-order store and locking surveys in the next few days.
If you haven't completed your survey, please do so! We can't send your stuff if you don't fill out the survey (with your address!)
And just a reminder that the Limited Edition hardcover is only available during this ordering period; we won't order more or offer them for sale again.
So if you like your book covers menacing and shiny, pick one up.
* Backers, select it as an add-on in your survey
* Followers, grab it on the pre-order store

Project Update: Surveys are coming! (and other updates!)
The horrors accelerate!
A few quick updates:
- BackerKit surveys are coming soon! (see below for instructions)
- Book copy editing and layout are finalized, going to manufacturer imminently.
- Encounter Card prototype is being manufactured.
- Add-ons added: we've added a few cool things to the add-on section, including a bundle of three music-powered zines that sample our favorite songs into cool resources for your roleplaying games. Check em out.

BackerKit surveys are coming!
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey.
It’s essential to respond to your survey as quickly as possible since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the survey invite email, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
Due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now, shipping fees for this project will be calculated at a later date once we have the best estimates for everyone. We plan to enter & charge backers for shipping a month or two before fulfillment when we have better estimates of what it will cost to ship backers rewards. We will alert backers when shipping costs are finalized & before we charge your cards in your BackerKit survey. We will keep you informed all along the way!

What's next?
We are moving quickly to get this out to you!
- The PDF of the book (fully laid out!) goes to our copy editor next week
- We make any adjustments over the next few weeks and send out the digital files shortly after we get our funds from Backerkit
- Then we'll send out surveys where you can put in your address and get add-ons; be on the lookout for emails on that front!
- June - print files go to the printer and printing begins
- July - production complete
- August-September - freight shipment to US
- October - fulfillment begins
